We spent two nights here at the beginning of a tour and stayed in Apartment 109. I have no idea what other apartments in the hotel are like so I can only comment on this one. There are certainly positives about the property: the apartments are very spacious, the kitchen seemed quite new and the hotel is in a really central location. However, I found the bed incredibly uncomfortable; when I ran my hand over it I could feel the springs. The bathroom caters for disabled guests but this meant that my feet could not touch the ground when I sat on the toilet and the shower had a very short curtain which meant water went all over the floor and made it very slippery. Fortunately there was a mop and bucket in the corner of the bathroom which was need to deal with this. Overall, the bathroom was a huge negative. The only windows in the bedroom could not be opened as they were very high up and it made the apartment dark and cheerless. The property was interesting and could be amazing but currently I could not recommend it.

This hotel consists of an old palazzo which has been converted into a number of separate apartments, each with their own kitchen facilities and so forth. Our apartment was huge, but they are not all. The decor lacks personality: it is quite soulless but it is clean and tidy The bedroom provided beds for 4. The breakfast provided for us was pretty basic - but it is not clear that this is part of the standard offering. The location is quite noisy (although may not affect all rooms) but it is in a convenient city location.

This is a highly sponsored accommodation. We stayed 2 nights in an apartment located on the ground floor. Positives: very close to the city center, lot of space, well refurbished and equipped with state of the art kitchen. Negatives: no fresh air, no natural light (there are no windows in the bathroom, there are small windows in the bedroom but cannot be opened and you must keep the blinders shut all the times because the room is below street level ), no bidet, open shower (flooding the entire floor despite the curtains), apartment not well cleaned, uncomfortable mattress and a hole in the duvet. Accommodation is sold as a deluxe apartment but clearly it is not. See pics

Convenient location not far from the Piazza del Duomo. Clean property renovated with a good esthetic taste. Vast rooms with high ceilings (better than a tiny hotel room ;-). Terrace and inner court.
