The room isn’t huge but it makes do.
But I cannot understand why there’s never a plug beside the bed. People need to charge their phones.
The bathroom is ok but there is nothing to place the toiletries in the shower, so you’re forced to either bend over in a very small space either open the shower multiple times and make a mess.
The main issue is the breakfast. It’s the land of desolation and it’s really a pity.
The croissants and the brioches are good, but regardless of the time of your arrival it’s never refurnished.
No marmalades, 3 butters, 2 Nutellas, only one typeof cereal, no milk.
Everything is missing, it seems raided.
Why pay for an hotel breakfast if there’s less food that at home or any café?
It could happen once, not constantly.

Top Service. Super friendly staff, always ready for us and our questions. Thinking along with you. Breakfast was also delicious. Location is near the center, everything is within walking distance. Rooms are clean and cleaned every day. I definitely recommend it.

No one was at the front desk at the morning and the keys would not work on the entrance so we had to jump the fence in order to leave on time for our flight

Ho prenotato per motivi di lavoro questo Hotel 4 stelle. Prima anomalia non segnalata sul sito è che la gestione è tipo b&b, ovvero senza una presenza di personale dalla sera al mattino. La stanza era pulita ma con solo la biancheria per una persona, eravamo in due, ma pazienza arrangiamoci. Dopo una giornata di lavoro e dopo una doccia pre cena scendiamo e non troviamo nessuno, solo i nostri documenti sul banco della reception e....li prendiamo per ... sicurezza..!! L'indomani era una giornata lavorativa impegnativa, per cui sveglia mattiniera e colazione. Orario indicato dalle 7,30. Bene scendiamo in reception, non c'è nessuno e grazie alle indicazioni di una coppia presente saliamo al secondo piano dove era presente la sala colazione. Sono le 7,40 entriamo e non c'è nessuno. I cornetti presenti sono duretti e vecchi. Nulla altro è presente, forse dovevamo aprire noi il frigo e fare da noi? Apro vedo che all'interno c'è del prosciutto già tagliato secco senza alcuna protezione. Ok non è cosa... Scendiamo, nel frattempo c'è la presenza di una persona in reception, paghiamo e andiamo via!!!! Ritengo inutile rivolgere alcuna lamentela alla persona presente che non ci pensa neanche a porsi, farci domande e/o informarsi.... Andiamo via e la colazione la rinviamo alla prima tappa. Arrivati in azienda condividiamo e pubblicizziamo la nostra esperienza. In tanti anni che veniamo a Catania e giriamo anche altre nazioni non si è mai visto una cosa simile. Alla fine pazienza, la prossima volta torniamo in un hotel vicino....!!!

Il s'agit d'un hôtel de huit chambres comme le nom l'indique. Il est situé à 10 minutes de marche du centre-ville. J'y ai passé un excellent séjour. Chambre très propre, fonctionnelle, très bonne literie, plomberie et air conditionné opérationnels. Le petit-déjeuner est simple mais diversifié (café ou cappucino, viennoiseries, pain, jambon, fromage, yaourt, jus de fruits, deux sortes de céréales). Le personnel est accueillant et extrêmement serviable. Chaque jour, la chambre était faite le matin, ce qui permettait de travailler au moins dès midi (après une balade dans la ville de Catane par exemple). Le wifi fonctionnait très bien. L'hôtel n'étant pas situé en plein centre-ville, le bruit extérieur y est relativement limité (par comparaison avec des avis de collègues ayant séjourné ailleurs) mais reste présent à certains moments (l'hôtel est situé dans une petite rue avec un certain passage et la chambre que j'occupais donnait sur cette rue - ce n'était pas dérangeant pour travailler).

Otelin yeri çok iyi. Yürüyerek merkeze ulaşım çok rahat. Resepsiyondan çevre ile ilgili ve akşam yemeği için bilgi ve tarif aldık. İlgili ve yardımsever personel. Otel, odalar minimal ama temiz ve yeterli. Bir akşam kaldık. Sabah erken çıkmak zorunda olduğumuz için kahvaltı almadık. Çok küçük, anahtar bırakarak en fazla beş araba sığacak bir otopark var. Şansımız vardı yer bulduk. Sabah çıkarken görevli kimse yoktu. Ödemeyi akşamdan yaptık, sabah, tarif edildiği şekilde sorunsuz çıktık.
