Not a great experience from the start. We arrived at 1:20 PM in 30°C heat, expecting early check-in (website said from 1:30 PM). The room wasn’t ready, which was fine, but we were refused use of the bathroom while waiting — even though there were multiple on-site. I had to leave and find a restaurant just to use a bathroom! We also asked for the air conditioning to be turned on in the reception and were told no by the same lady, When the person we booked with showed up, he turned it on immediately — no explanation! No fridge in the room either. We were told we could use the fridge in the reception area, which was blocked off most of the time with yellow tape around the kitchen. Not sure what the point of offering it in first place. When we finally got into the room, it smelled strongly of bleach for an hour. Overall, poor customer service and nothing luxurious about this place. Wouldn’t return!

Ho avuto modo di pernottare con una amica. E' stata un'esperienza SUPERLATIVA sotto tutti i punti di vista. La titolare è una persona SPECIALE ed ancor prima del nostro arrivo, siamo state guidate nel viaggio. Ci è stata data anche la collaborazione nel cercare un auto a noleggio in quanto in quei giorni era davvero difficile trovare la disponibilità di un auto. Siamo state accolte con affetto e disponibilità e messe a nostro agio. La camera è una camera da hotel a 5 stelle. La pulizia è a livelli altissimi. La colazione ci è stata servita dalla Signora Gabriella che è una professionista oltre ad essere di una gentilezza estrema e ci ha fatto sentire a casa. Una colazione completa sotto tutti i punti di vista; un'accortezza indescrivibile nell'offrirci tutto ciò di cui avevamo bisogno. La colazione offre una vasta scelta di prodotti dolci (tra cui anche torte preparate dalle amorevoli mani della Titolare) e salati per una colazione anche fuori dai confini nazionali. Ritorneremo nei nostri prossimi viaggi sicuramente perchè il posto è unico ed esclusivo! A presto arrivederci. Loredana (Milano) e Dany (Plovdiv -Bulgaria).

Soggiorno molto piacevole, anche se solo per una notte. Personale gentilissimo, molto cortese e disponibile per ogni tipo di informazioni ed esigenze chieste. Camera molto bella, posizione comodissima al centro di Catania. Ottima anche la colazione. Consigliatissimo!

Normaly we don't leave negative reviews, but on this occasion we felt we had to warn potential guests. Definitely, the term luxury did not apply to this establishment. Main problems were cleanliness and staff behavior. The room had the impression of not being thoroughly cleaned, as if only the bed sheets and towels were changed. The bathroom, floor, and balcony were quite dirty. In particular, the bathroom had trimmed hair on the sink and the floor, the glass for the toothbrushes had not been cleaned (it had stains of toothpaste from the previous guests), and the shower had obvious signs of mold, and a nasty smell was coming from the drain and filled the room. The breakfast time was from 8 to 10, and we got there at 10:05 (ok, this was past the breakfast time; this was our mistake), but the behavior we got when we got there was very rude and insulting, which led to us not having breakfast there even on the second day and preferring to get breakfast somewhere outside.

Eccellente posizione di questo confortevole B&B, dal quale si possono agevolmente raggiungere a piedi tutti i luoghi più belli della città. Le camere sono accoglienti e molto pulite, il gestore Dario e le signore che servono la prima colazione (una speciale menzione per la gentilissima Signora Pina) sono davvero cordiali oltre che efficienti e ti fanno sentire a casa.

Excellent choice for a B&B. The host was very friendly, providing not only a great experience but also was always available on WhatsApp for tips and great locations in and around Catania. The location of the B&B is in the center of the city - 2 minutes away from the main square and 10 minutes from the central bus/train station. The breakfast was great with a great variety of things to eat and drink. The lady at the breakfast was very sweet and caring. We would definitely choose the same place if we visit Catania again.
