Mi ha colpito la gentilezza dello staff e la loro disponibilità. Eravamo a Catania per lavoro e i gestori ci sono venuti incontro in tutti i modi per aiutarci ad avere a disposizione la stanza nell’orario più comodo a noi e per non girare con le valigie il giorno della partenza, prima del volo. Tutto scontato in un albergo, ma nel b&b ci sono degli orari. La signora che fa le pulizie e le buonissime torte è gentilissima e molto attenta a tutto. Il b&b è infatti pulito e tenuto con cura. Inoltre l’ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo fa sì che alloggiare qui sia stato un mega affare visti i costi che si trovano in giro, oltretutto è comodissimo perché è proprio ad un passo dalla metro. (Approfitto per scusarmi perché andando via ho dimenticato la luce accesa nello stanzino dove avevamo lasciato le valigie). A presto! F

This is madness incompetence and lack of professionalism, then we start to climb the mirrors, the card was stolen (in the video there should have been keys and not a card) They are not to blame, the check in had to be done by 8pm because problems could arise We are not entitled to a refund (we will see this) because they are not to blame, GUYS AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE, with 3 children wandering around Catania at 2 in the morning, all the other structures responded on the first ring, they never after 100 Nii ok k ci
