La struttura è ben tenuta, ho scelto volutamente la camera mansardata in quanto viaggiamo molto e non avevo mai provato una camera di questo tipo, e devo dire che siamo stati bene anche perchè la camera è ben distribuita, stessa cosa il bagno abbastanza spazioso. E' situata di fronte al porto ed è facilmente raggiungibile, a 100 mt, c'è la fermata del Alibus per chi arriva dall'aeroporto o stazione. La posizione è uno dei punti forte, in quanto a due passi si arriva in Cattedrale e da li è possibile raggiungere qualsiasi attrazione, tutto a piedi. Ve lo consiglio !

Accoglienza meravigliosa, molto Graziosa la struttura posizione eccellente per raggiungere piazza del Duomo, e nei dintorni tutti i principali luoghi d'interesse, camere molto grande e luminose con tetti alti e decorati storici noi eravamo nella Suite Federica dove c'erano due letti singoli e un letto matrimoniale c'è il frigo in camera e la possibilità di oscurante completo nell'ambiente.la camera profumata e pulita, bagno personale privato devo dire che ci siamo trovati abbastanza bene, anche i gestori molto alla mano socievoli ci anno indicato dove poter trovare un ristorante, tutto bene ci hanno offerto anche il caffè al mattino, torneremo sicuramente consiglio!!

Une fois qu'on a écrit en point positif un tarif assez correct et une situation proche du centre, on n'a vécu que des désagréments: - Arrivée prévue à 17h mais Franco V nous l'a imposé à 19h. résultat 2h à tuer en attendant. - mansarde très bas de plafond sous les toits au deuxième étage sans possibilité d'atténuer la lumière du jour au lever du soleil - canapé pourri dans une pièce commune - aucun petit déjeuner ni possibilité de faire chauffer qui que ce soit. pas de vaisselle et placards fermés à clé - Franco V ne parle aucun mot d'anglais ou de français, il fallu passer par whatsapp pour communiquer au téléphone Certains pourront le trouver sympathique ... Nous pas vraiment

Lo consiglio vivamente, struttura elegante nello stesso tempo familiare, molto pulita e profumata, host accogliente e molto cortese . A 10 min dal centro storico, posizione strategica a due passi dal porto e dalla stazione centrale . Ottimo per famiglie ma pure coppie. Ci ritornerò sicuramente.

Conoscevo già la struttura perche vi avevo già soggiornato l’anno prima: il b&b ha al piano terra 3 grandi camere con bagno esterno, e due con il bagno interno: una chiamata “suite Catena” che è uno sgabuzzino di 8 mq con il tetto bassissimo e due finestrine microscopiche e infine “suite Simona” che è l’unica decente della struttura. Lo scorso anno avevo alloggiato in questa suite Simona che alla fine era ok e comoda. Quest’anno prenoto la stanza simona CON 5 MESI DI ANTICIPO, versando un acconto e specificando più volte che volevo quella stanza. Telefono 5 giorni prima del mio arrivo raccomandandomi di avere la simona e mi si dice “non si preoccupi”. Arrivo in struttura e La stanza simona non si vede. Davanti a me la scena imbarazzante dei titolari che litigano sull’accaduto, mi viene data un giorno una stanza con bagno esterno e il giorno seguente la stanza catena, uno sgabuzzino orrendo, e pure con una gran puzza di scarico del bagno. La colazione consiste in una cialda di caffè, neanche due crackers del discount un biscotto o acqua. (Siete anche tirchi) Cambiate lavoro, perchè siete improvvisati e avidi senza arte nè parte.

Locale stupendo a pochi passi dal centro storico, cortesia gentilezza e pulizia fanno da padrone, gentilissimo il proprietario il sig Filippo che ci ha accolto in maniera tale da sentirci quasi a casa.. consigliatissimo, confortevole, ed elegante, ne vale la pena! Se ci sarà occasione ritorneremo.
