Well located hotel, poorly maintained, there is no good temperature control in the rooms and they also have very noisy ventilation equipment. The associated restaurants have very little variety of dishes.

Hotel que en algún momento debió haber sido de 5 estrellas, pero que actualmente está muy lejos de serlo. Es un edificio bonito y bien ubicado, pero muy mal mantenido y cuenta con muy poco personal. El desayuno es pobre y poco variado. Tardaban en reponer elementos básicos como café y huevos, y la oferta de alimentos era limitada. Las habitaciones tienen una vista muy linda, pero la calefacción deja mucho que desear. En la nuestra, solo había un aire acondicionado portátil que hacía un ruido tan molesto que era imposible usarlo durante la noche. Desde mantenimiento nos informaron que no se podía reparar. Afortunadamente, el personal de recepción —muy amable— nos facilitó una estufa eléctrica, ya que tampoco funcionaba el radiador. Para obtener agua caliente en la ducha, era necesario dejarla correr durante varios minutos (ducha y tina), lo cual representa un gran desperdicio. Las piscinas eran aceptables, pero el gimnasio tenía máquinas en mal estado. Solicitamos una cita para un masaje; llegamos a la hora indicada, pero no había nadie en el spa. Nadie nos avisó que la masajista no asistiría. Perdimos el tiempo y no hubo ninguna preocupación por parte del hotel hacia el cliente.

Tiene una vista bastante aceptable. La habitación deja bastante que desear la lámpara del velador. Estaba rota la manilla de la ventana, no funcionaba el baño. No tenía ventilación en lavatorio del baño estaba tapado el desayuno por el valor que se paga, debería ser de mejor de calidad y cantidad Solamente lo básico. El menú del restaurant que no depende del hotel. Tiene muy pocas variedades. El piso del hotel está bastante deteriorado en todos sus pasillos, en la habitación, el agua sale prácticamente quitada de frío, imposible lograr darse una ducha con agua caliente. La habitación queda al otro extremo del restaurant, hay que subir un ascensor, bajar, caminar, tomar otro ascensor, subir y llegar al restaurant, todo un laberinto, la vista, lo mejor.
