The staff are very polite and friendly. The breakfast was delicious and enough. Very clean and pleasant rooms. Central location, within walking distance from the centre. In general, this is hilton, but you should remember that it is not a 5-star one. Recommended

The Park Plaza in Cardiff is ideally listed close to shops, restaurants and attractions, all within walking distance. The service offered at the Park Plaza was excellent, as were the amenities. Breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious choices each morning, with an additional option of room service. The Park Plaza also offers guests the use of their gym and pool, which were both lovely. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend the Park Plaza Cardiff.

TTravellingGirlVery nice, clean hotel. Very convenient location right opposite the castle and a 5 minute walk to the centre. Definitely would recommend if visiting Cardiff. Staff were very friendly and a welcome Welsh biscuit on arrival was a very nice touch 😊

YYThe Parkgate Suite I stayed in was very large and comfortable. All the amenities were Elemis. It was very clean and bright. The location is excellent, just across the street from the shops. There are many restaurants and shops just across the street.

GGuest UserWe stayed here for 3 nights, it was very pleasant and clean. Friendly faces and friendly service. The beds are very comfortable and absolutely huge! The only negative I would mention was the fact that on the first night, we were sat in the bar enjoying a drink and the barmaid came out and started to hoover, which obviously made us uncomfortable and was also quite loud, so we proceeded to take our drinks to our room to finish them. Which also meant we didn’t use the bar facility again for the rest of the stay, which was a shame.

LLVBCReally love this hotel and the location right in the centre! I always choose to stay here. Staff are super friendly and rooms are nice and clean. Car park under the hotel (at an extra cost of £18pn) The only difficult thing is getting to the hotel by car, as it sends you down a bus/taxi lane which can be confusing.

GGuest UserFacing the main street of Cardiff, it is convenient near the station. Cardiff Castle is a few minutes' walk away. Because it was Easter, the city was busy until midnight and the next dance club was a little noisy until midnight.

GGuest UserWe arrived at Cardiff Central by train, which is 15mins walking to this Premier Inn. It was very welcoming and staff friendly, rooms clean, with as much tea and coffee, which you took from the travellers store at the main entrance. My only gripe is as I have dietary requirements, They couldn't cater for them and had to make do with what was on offer. No gluten free food at night, Only what I would call general burgers, lasagne, steak battered fish and chips. Only veg on offer was peas. In this day and age Hotels need to cater for a variety of people's health conditions. Vegan/vegetarians are not Gluten free or Ibs sufferers or Celiacs. Which are complicated problems. It would be helpful if they offered something which could be adapted. .
