I couldn’t not fault the hotel, I amazing stay the staff were very helpful and friendly too. Hotel is right by central, easy access to pubs and restaurants.
The room was fabulous too OMG I didn’t wanted come home. :(
I had room service I had pasta bolognaise which was blinking lush I wanted another one.

Location is pretty good, walking distance to cardiff castle, bus and train central stations.
Amenities are basic - what you would expect at this level and the breakfast was 6.5/10 - could have been better in terms of options as well as service provided.

The hotel is very conveniently located, close to the castle, within walking distance of the museum and the city center, and also very convenient for shopping and dining. 
The hotel room is well furnished but clean.
