I had a great stay at the Hilton Cardiff. The hotel was very nice, modern, well-kept, and in a great location. The front desk staff were excellent: welcoming, professional, and quick to assist with anything I needed. My room was spotless, and the bed was extremely comfortable, which made for a restful night’s sleep. Cleanliness was clearly a priority throughout the hotel. Overall, a reliable and pleasant experience. Would definitely stay again.

A decent hotel. The room and bathroom was large, clean, and the bed was comfy.
My gripes:
- No complimentary water bottle at check-in
- No toiletries package
- A broken hairdryer, and even if it was working, there was no plug for it in the bathroom.
- Bedroom layout meant it was hard to see the TV from the bed.
- For a supposedly luxury hotel, the swimming pool was below standard.
For the price, it’s not the best.

Everything else was fine. There seemed to be some kind of Pride Month going on around here. The noise was very serious. The party in the courtyard lasted until midnight, which also affected my rest. I definitely can't give it a good review unconditionally.
