It's very close to the train station, a 3-minute walk, and very close to the city center, a 5-minute walk. The two ladies at the front desk were very nice. The English breakfast was just okay. There was a problem with the room, and Ctrip solved it very quickly.

Premier Inn Cardiff Centre is very near the train station and city centre. Shopping centre is within walking distance too. The hotel is very new and clean. The breakfast is nice and at a reasonable price.

This new hotel is very clean and perfect location except the door lock is not working properly. It is not perfectly fit and the room except to pull harder to lock it. Besides, the room has no telephone which causes inconvenience if you need help. I spent an hour to keep going down to look for help several times.
I suggest the hotel could leave a note of the front desk phone.number for the clients convenience 🙏🙏

Our 2 night stay was beautiful I enjoyed every bit of it. Food was amazing warm and nice nothing to fault..kudos to the staff as well.

A new hotel right at the city centre, clean and spacious room and bathroom. 5 mins away from the Cardiff Central station. Staff is friendly. Overlooks Cardiff Bay.

device was brilliant from checking in , they were very busy , but magee time to take our bags until our check in time . When we arrived home i realised I had left my purse hidden in our room 😢. I phoned the and spoke to the desk clerk and they went straight to our old room and found my purse and phoned me straight back . 😊. Thank you to all the staff .

Just a 5-minute walk from Cardiff Central Station and High Street. It is a very convenient location. There are many restaurants nearby, most of which are open until 10 p.m. The room is spacious, in good condition, and with a great city view. The mattress and pillows were comfortable.The staff were friendly and polite. I stayed for two nights and had a good experience!
