Best hotel in Cascais. Everything is on a high level from the staff's politeness to the hotel's design and its location and the views from the room. Very good breakfast. Highly recommend!

Everything about this hotel was exceptional. The room was wonderful, Deluxe room with Sea view. Clean and lots of extra treats, cakes and chocolates daily and mini bar stocked with non alcoholic drinks. The staff here are exceptional, friendly providing a first class service. The Evening meal in the restaurant was gourmet food at its best and the staff were very knowledgeable about the wines. The buffet breakfast was fantastic, plenty of choice. The hotel itself was beautiful, the location great, the parking was easy. The spa facilities were truly wonderful. I would definitely recommend this hotel. They have the right balance of providing luxury whilst being family friendly.

My wife is celiac. We called the Hotel the day before check-in to let them know, we were informed that the Hotel would have a gluten-free option for breakfast. We also notify you at check-in. When we arrived at breakfast, there was another person with celiac disease and the gluten-free options were gone.

This is an old castle remodeled. It looks too pleasant outside, but the hotel door is very ordinary. I almost can't find the entrance. Other decorations and rooms are ok. It is comfortable but not luxurious. It is convenient to enter and exit nearby attractions. The room terrace faces the sea and there are many yachts.

The location is great, at position C on the beach, the view outside the window is particularly healing. The hotel has a dedicated parking lot🅿, and parking fees are waived. The room is a bit old, the flush toilet doesn't work very well, the breakfast is mediocre, and the price/performance ratio is not high.

The hotel is beautiful, well located, free parking, excellent breakfast, works of art throughout the hotel! The sea view is stunning! But the icing on the cake was Miguel's service, he made us feel welcomed and well received!! I loved it!! It's worth the investment!! I highly recommend it!!

Although the hotel is old, it is well maintained and comfortable. The service is very thoughtful. I will stay here again and have a wonderful holiday.

Fine hotel, very clean and perfect location, beautiful beds and friendly staff only a minpoint is the wellness/Spa this consists of only a sauna and for the rest massages at payment. Breakfast is very extensive and Top!

Very poor service and customer care , complaints handling , good point is near the tourist spot

I had a convention in a nearby hotel that was fully booked so I stayed 4 nights in Martinhal. All the staff has been friendly and helpful, the room was nice and clean. Not really a business hotel but I would definitely come back with my family and kids.
