I have booked this hotel for the second time on a business trip. It is clean and hygienic, and the breakfast is very rich. The coffee, scrambled eggs and bagels are all the best. The service attitude is also very good. I will come again.

The hotel is close to the airport, which is convenient. However, we booked a high floor, and the toilet was blocked, requiring multiple flushes. The room layout is weird, and only tap water is provided—no bottled water.

I bit old place, but still clean. Reception is probably under-staffed - the same receptionist is cleaning tables in the lobby area. This may have a reflection to the service attitude, which could be better.

The hotel room suite is pretty good, and it's very close to the Raleigh Airport. The Wi-Fi is very good, and even if you call the airport in the middle of the night, you can send a shuttle to pick you up.
Breakfast is average, not many choices.
Bad experience: When I took the shuttle from the hotel to the car rental point (5 minutes' drive) at 11:30 this morning, I was blackmailed by a black driver and said that the shuttle fee was US$10 and that I had to pay in cash. Even though I knew the shuttle was free, I actually prepared a $10 tip, but when he asked for money, I was the only one in the car at the time. For safety reasons, I gave him the $10 fare and a $10 tip. This $20 taxi ride is definitely more than enough. This experience is really bad
