I had stayed at the hotel years ago when I first visited Raleigh. It was delightful. I have noticed there was no way to have food in the hotel which is a bummer if you come there and have to order food. There was a bar to have a drink. I am coming from out of town. It would have been nice to have a nightcap before tucking into bed. I noticed the pool was not up and running. I also notice that only 1 elevator was working. If you step inside, it dropped and would not always open level to the floor. This is a big hazard, especially for the vision impaired.
Breakfast choices were few. If you are going to serve a buffet, have had sanitizer available. Get a juice machine to offer guests different varieties of juice. Use napkins instead of paper towels. To prevent covid, allow guest to place their hands in a glove to help ensure no transmittal of germs. The front desk clerk is not a food attendant. Hire someone to be there to watch the food. The edges of the food had set in pan so long that the edges were hard and unable to chew.
My rest was appropriate. The room was clean. If I had the option to stay there again, I would refuse.

Incredible experience and an amazing price point. Rooms were clean and spacious - very tastefully done, staff was personable, service was amazing. Highly recommend to anyone visiting the area.

Greatest spacious room there is. Breakfast selection was numerous and hot. Mr. Todd washington is the most friendliest, kind, and empathetic shuttle driver there is. 9/10

Every trip is excellent. The staff is incredibly helpful and courteous. Tyrell & Dai are standout in fantastic group, always attentive, welcoming and kind. In two years of traveling here, I've never had a bad experience. They also have airport parking with shuttle service.

Staff was friendly but hotel rooms were moldy, worn and damaged. This goes beyond “it needs refreshing”. The hotel chain should be embarrassed by the conditions. Had to move from first room due to smell of mold/ must. Second room didn’t smell but I found patches of mold, ripped curtains, rusty lamps and appliances, and was afraid to sit down. No restaurant, which was probably a good thing. Am now in another hotel sick from my 12 hours there.

This hotel is disgusting. The shower has mildew and there was a literal hole in the wall with mildew. Avoid at all costs. What a waste of time and money. It smells like death and is dirty. Stay somewhere else and save yourself money. 200 characters minimum
