We would like to inform you that your reservation was made through an online travel agency with a non-refundable rate. In this case any request for change or cancellation has to be made through the agency itself, always taking into consideration the hiring rate. Regarding the requests made through the hotel app, we had checked, thoroughly, in the database, and all requests made by your 2 rooms, were fulfilled by the housekeeping team. However, the only request that was made after midnight and had delay in response was the request on your arrival, which could easily have been solved by contacting the reception, which is open 24 hours a day. Anyhow, we regret to know that we were not able to meet your expectations, and remain at your entire disposal for further details.
