Great hotel with good amenities the gym was good to have older equipment but enough to get a good workout. Location was great right across the street. Staff was very friendly and helpful. rooms clean and always restocked

Not a perfect bathroom or room (cheap shades that fell down and not amazing painting jobs) but very comfortable, nice people, incredible location and truly the best views from the roof pool we practically had to ourselves. This is a great option.

Great location. The service was friendly and good. Katia was very helpful. This hotel was so cute and right in front on the beach. The breakfast was good. The restaurant had good lunch/dinner options. Only 10 minutes drive to the airport. Not far from the Walled City. I’d love to stay here again.

The hotel in nice and the rooms are huge with sea view balcony! This hotel no have private beach so anyone can swim in hotel front beach. When you want to go to front beach and get seats and umbrella you have to pay COL PESO 30.000! In front beach there is a lot of food sellers drink sellers which every 5 min someone gonna come up to bother you that was the only - issue! Rest hotel is great and specially the pools was amazing! Breakfast is good enough! Good for family and group of friends!

The hotel is right by the sea, the beach is across the road, and the mall downstairs is lively. When walking to the back of the hotel, there are many restaurants and roadside stalls. Of course, the wayuu bags I bought are fakes, and the materials are different. Brother Security also instructed me to go to a regular store to exchange money. Breakfast was good too. When I went there, there was a meeting to protect corals, so many people.

The hotel is located in the modern and commercial area of the city, combined with the perfect location and services. I would certainly come back and I recommend it to families, with child@s enjoys equally.

This hotel room is good, the location is not bad, next to the residential area, the living environment is really good, I am very envious, that is, the hotel bath water is small enough, the bathtub is disgusting, can you remove the bathtub, the front desk a Chinese face girl does not know if it is American, Seeing my pig liver red passport, but still telling me Chinese? I had stayed at the Allure Chocolat in the past and loved it. I loved the room, rooftop pool and pool bar, great staff and good breakfast. Location is excellent, close to the walled city. I booked this return trip to stay at the Chocolat only to arrive and after checking in the front desk man said by the way our pool is closed during your stay for a private group. Note their their rooftop pool and pool bar is a key reason for staying here for me. I then asked why they was not stated at the time of booking the room and he couldn't answer that but said don't worry, we will send you in a taxi or shuttle to another hotel to use their pool. Unacceptable. I was upset and asked to speak to the manager. His option was to transfer us to their other hotel Allure Canela which has a pool. He said it's close and easy walking distance to the walled city and it would cover my need to have the pool on site without the hassle of taking taxis or shuttles to get to the pool. So I agreed and regretted it. Allure Canela is a nice hotel, but smaller, noisy location and the pool is the size of a large bathtub and seeing all guests was going there from all 3 Allure hotels in town, it was quite busy with no deck chairs to use most of the time. So the point of this feedback is based on the poor management decision of the Allure Chocolat to block the pool for a private group and not warn guests booking rooms on those dates. I feel this was deceptive and ended up paying too much for a room in a hotel in not so great location. I did get free meals for 2 nights, but this didn't make up for the inconvenience and excitement of staying at the Chocolat. I will highlight the front desk man Felix. He was very nice and tried to help at Chocolat when he had to tell me about the lack of pool facilities. Very nice man.
