Lovely resort with plenty to do on and off site for children and adults. Despite the poor weather we were able to enjoy swimming, arcades and play area. Shops were conveniently located only 6 mins drive away. The lodge was clean and the kitchen was very well equipped. We particularly liked that tea towels, sponges and washing up liquid provided as well as portioned salt, pepper, tea, coffee, sugar and portion milks. Thanks for a great stay!

The lodge was surrounded by nature with a view of the lovely lake, full of ducks, swans and birds. The whole area was so peaceful and calming. The rooms were clean, well-equipped and well maintained. We really enjoyed our stay. Managed to book the 2-bedroom lodge with an exclusive and a diamond tier deal so it was really value for money. Even without the discount, it would be worthwhile staying at this place. Highly recommended.

Customer service at the reception counter was great, but that’s where it ended. The room was filthy, the toilet and all of the surfaces had visible dirt, spilled drinks etc. At least the sheets were clean! Customer service at the pool was very poor, I don’t think the guy spoke, just grunted. Photo of the phone attached, that’s what you have to use to book your slot at the pool (among other strange policies!). Quite expensive for what it was, won’t be returning that’s for sure!

it is a very nice place for family vacation, it is peaceful and beatiful.
