This establishment blatantly disregards Costa Rican laws that prohibit placing furniture on public beaches, which are national assets belonging to all citizens. Their repeated violations of these regulations pose a threat to local wildlife. According to Costa Rican law, the Maritime Terrestrial Zone (Zona Marítimo Terrestre) encompasses the area from the high tide line up to 200 meters inland. The first 50 meters of this zone are designated as public property, where permanent structures or furniture placement is prohibited without proper authorization. This regulation aims to preserve the natural environment and ensure public access to beaches. By placing furniture within this public zone without authorization, the establishment is violating these legal provisions, thereby endangering the local ecosystem in processes such as the turtle's reproduction cycle and restricting public access to the beach.

Please don’t book here, turtles come to lay their eggs in the sand and they put chairs and tables killing them, they don’t care turtles just Money . Arab owners only care about making money and don't care about the animals. Don’t book here, help Costa Rica preserve wildlife 🙏🏻

Cabañas inmersas en un bellísimo jardín proporcionan una excelente experiencia, sin embargo podria ser mejor con un mejor mantenimiento.
Estuvimos hospedados en la cabaña Reef, la cual tiene algunos problemas.
(Presenta una gotera en el techo de la terraza,
La estufa tiene problemas y las puertas de los gabinetes de la cocina tienen problemas para cerrar.
A lo interno de la cabaña hace falta mejor mantenimiento al baño, la caja de seguridad es inmanejable y hace falta para que la experiencia sea mejor una secadora de cabello que en este nivel de hospedaje es normal.
Tambien tuvimos problema de falta de agua en dos ocaciones.
No obstante los inconvenientes enumerados, la experiencia fue buena, compensada por la belleza del entorno que rodea las habitaciones, que realmente es paradisíaco.
Pdta.
En el restaurante, la relación precio calidad no es satisfactoria.

No lo recomiendo en temporada baja. Me asignaron una habitación que no tenía agua caliente y llovía muchísimo. Las soluciones que me dieron me perjudicaban más. Hay solo una persona como representante del hotel que trabaja muy pocas horas y luego de su horario de trabajo te hace sentir que te está haciendo un favor en contestarte si necesitas ayuda. La última noche hubo apagón general por 3 horas desde las 7 hasta las 10 de la noche y ninguna persona del hotel mandó ninguna notificación a los huéspedes para avisar que se estaban ocupando del tema. Tampoco había agua. Muy caro para tener una experiencia así, no lo vale.
