Het hotel is heel netjes, helaas was de airco op de kamer defect, ramen kunnen niet open. De zon staat de hele dag op die kamer en had men de gordijnen ook open gelaten. De temperatuur in de kamer was dus niet te harden en helpt niet voor een goede nachtrust. Helaas was er ook geen andere kamer mogelijk, hoewel het hotel zo te zie niet vol zat.
Om deze reden ben ik onte vreden over de service en facititeiten.

I met a friend for dinner and the restaurant was lovely, we had great service from Sam who was very attentive. 10/10 service! Nothing was too much trouble. The food is always well presented, tasty and good value for money. Would definitely recommend.

A little gem of a restaurant/bar hidden away at the Premier Inn Cardiff North! Lovely atmosphere and food as well as friendly, attentive staff. Sam (duty manager) was particularly helpful. Definitely worth a visit, whether having an overnight stay or just an evening out!

The good thing about Premier Inn is you can rely on its quality and Cardiff North did not disappoint. The bed and pillows were comfy, the air conditioning was easy to adjust, the toiletries were good quality and the coffee machine and Green and Blacks chocolates in the room made it feel special. Upgrading to a Premier Plus is worth it!

Wonderful and helpful reception from Lian who made us feel quite at home and comfortable. The room was very clean, smart and quiet The greeting from Sam at breakfast was warm and informative as to the choices Well cooked breakfast All in all a pleasant stay thank you

Situated in an ideal location close enough to the centre while being far enough away. Car parking is very handy literally 1 minute walk. The staff were excellent and although very busy were helpful and attentative whenever you needed anything. The cleanliness was very high , the rooms were what you expect from a city centre premier inn. Maybe a bit more tea and coffee, but we could have got more, probably had we asked. Good selection at the bar. We didn't have breakfast so I can't comment. Ideal for short city centre stay. The staff were a credit to wales, and I will certainly be back.

Bed was very comfortable as expected. Also, as usual for Premier Inn, it was very quiet. The heating in the 2 rooms did not work and were rather cool for February Automated check in was challenging and very timeconsuming (the customer deserves something better and a warm welcome not directed to a check in booth) Food was disappointing – freezer to microwave and quite tasteless and overdone in some cases. Sausages ran out by 9am for breakfast Plenty of parking, pleasant social space on ground floor Staff very friendly
