No gym or swimming pool despite the name and description! Electricity ran out on our 2nd night, due to owners not putting money on the meter, it was midnight, we wanted a cuppa after a night out, instead we were trying to get hold of management agents or find another hotel for the night. Despite complaining we received no compensation for this inconvenience. A £100 deposit is taken before key collection info is given (which is from a barbers a 10 min drive away) I have to fight to get my money back, it took nearly a week! The complex caretaker was the saving grace, so helpful. This place is overpriced and over hyped, ran by owners who have no regard for the guests staying here.
