From the moment we arrived we were not acknowledged by the reception staff. She was busy talking to another guest but would have liked to be acknowledged The receptionist didn't give us all the information that we needed. She told other guests various information that she didn't tell us such as shortcut to the beach Then I asked if they had seafood at the hotel and she said yes. There were two restaurants and I asked her what time one of them opened and she said it's open right now. When I went to the restaurant it wasn't open until 6:00 and they didn't do seafood. You would think one would know basic information about the facility that she works at. I paid £778 lb for five nights. For that price I was expecting the room to be a little better than what I had No phone in the room No water to boil the kettle or fridge Only one plug near the bed. No ventilation in the bathroom No AC in the bedroom When you go to do number two because there's no window the whole room stinks. Floor bullets are creaky Dust everywhere in the cupboards and the light bulb next to the bed The previous guest Left some medication They need to update the rooms. The rooms are very basic.

The location and hotel was lovely. Good room and fantastic food. The grounds are outstanding and the view in the morning was wonderful. An outstanding stay in a great location. Highly recommended!

Very beautiful castle, great views, lots of huge succulents in the garden, took lots of photos. The apartment we booked was average, the two bedrooms were downstairs, small and close together, the bathroom was not big, upstairs was the living room and kitchen, there was also a washing machine, we only stayed one night and didn't use it The breakfast was simple The G7 meeting was held here

Very, very beautiful place, ancient castle, beautiful garden! The room is big, there is a beautiful view outside the window, and the beach is two slopes down from the hotel! It's a pity that I only booked one night, and I will come with my family in June next year!

The environment of the hotel is really great. There is a large lawn next to the sea. We watched the sunset here at night. It was so beautiful, just like a movie scene. There are also indoor and outdoor swimming pools, and a place to play tennis. We spent a pleasant day here.
