Exquisite stay at this gorgeous boutique hotel. We usually stay at Four Seasons and have high expectations when traveling. The JK was a superb hotel- I felt like our needs were filled before we even knew we had them, things like picking us up were swift, ferry tickets and baggage tickets procured- they know how to take care of people. In the midst of what can sometimes feel like a frenzied pace in Capri- with lots of people around, JK was a welcome respite and a calm oasis. We were grateful to hear the waves lapping at the beach below as we awoke and fell asleep. One of my favorite hotels anywhere.

Lovely hotel, amazing location and very efficient staff AND they were warm and friendly. Property is stunning too, as are the views and every inch of the rooms and buildings. Loved the decor but mostly the friendly, smiling and kind staff. We will be back.

Hi I visited J K Palace for a meal with my senior citizen parents I had a wonderful hospitality and a special Risotto prepared especially by chef as try wanted to have rice The staff made us very comfortable My kudos to Gaetano, Sara and Roberto for their special efforts during our visit I would surely return Cheers Viekas

We are returning guests and were erroneously booked into a "Classic Room," which was not what we expected and looked nothing like the photos on the website and was not as described, including the view, which is of a rundown building under construction. The GM was never available to meet with us to discuss the situation. It's easy to provide great service when everything is going well, but when things don't go as planned, a truly extraordinary hotel steps up and makes a guest feel important and heard, even if they can't meet their expectations. JKPlace Capri fell far short of providing great service or demonstrating any degree of caring. It's a shame, we have such fond memories of the hotel but our most recent experience was so bad we won't be back. We love the other J.K. Place properties, just not this one.

Amazing place with amazing views of the water. Ideal location and small boutique customer service. Our favorite hotel in Capri! Superb food and close to the main marina. Peaceful elegance close to, but away from the crowds. Our go to place when in Capri!

Lieu magique, en dehors de l’agitation du centre et du port. Une decoration hors normes et une équipe aux petits soins! La piscine est incroyablement grande (pour Capri) et le petit spa est une expérience ´sur mesure’, bien loin des ´usines de spa’ dans d’autres hotels. JK Kitchen est une très bonne table… avec vue sur le Vésuve

This place used to be one of my favorites in Italy, but in the 8 years since I’ve been back, I noticed a definite change. While the restaurant and pool staff are lovely, the front office and concierge project a lot of attitude and lack of attention. It took me 3 emails before I even heard back from the concierge regarding reservations etc. Everything was ok but nothing to recommend, beyond the decor which hasn’t changed since it opened. Even the food was lackluster compared to other top hotels in Positano and Amalfi. Too many other nice places to stay in Capri. I won’t be back.

It was fine. Food was not amazing at all. Place is cute - like you are staying in someone’s villa as a guest. Staff is really great - sweet and attentive. Breakfast spread is pretty and setting for outdoor dinings is lovely. Did not sleep well at all - Room gets bright early and curtains do not do much, does not get cold (ac is fixed), and the sheets and pillows are low quality. They do offer free transports into town and concierge is great. Expensive for what it is, would not go back.

This hotel is just fantastic ! A true place to relax, to rethink and just set back to enjoy the views and the relaxing atmosphere. Exclusivity is what distinguishes the place and that is what I really wanted. I was worried about the room size but honestly the design was just great and practical. I travel almost every week for business and travel many times during the year for short leaves. I have to say this was great. The experience made great by not the views or Level of luxury everywhere but by the great staff all over. Food was great in all meals and truly exceptional views while setting. A high recommendation to go there to relax - go there and don’t leave ! Well done everyone working in this hotel. You deserve to be the best in Capri ! Small one to work on: ensure availability of at least one staff near the pool area as in certain moments no one was there for sometime to help. However was not disturbing.
