- erste Nacht Dusche defect, duschten in der offenen Badewanne....
- 3 tage lang ohne Sonnenstore, somit die Terrasse bei 35 Grad nicht brauchbar...
nach all dem hätte ich einen Preis Nachlass erwartet...

Hotel lindo, com excelente localização, com vista para o belo mar de Capri. Recentemente fizeram uma reforma nos quartos , que os deixaram ainda mais bonitos, charmosos e modernos, sem perder o estilo de Capri. Essa é minha 4ª vez nesse hotel exclusivo.

This hotel is lovely. It over looks the sea high up a small hill. It is a short walk to the main part of Capri. Many luxury shops. Gucci, YSL, etc The hotel had a lovely pool and apparently another one that I didn't see. Italian tile everywhere Pretty lobby with a small bar and also an area for drinks which is very popular before dinner The main restaurant is at the pool. Breakfast lunch & dinner Rooms are spacious. Mine had a terrace. Large bathroom with shower and separate tub Dinner the first night was horrible. I ordered veal Milanese. It must have been a 2 pound piece of veal with over an inch of breading. I had two bites and couldn't eat it. When the maitre’d asked how dinner was I said mine was ok. He looked at my plate. Afterwards he agreed with me and kindly took it off my bill The next day I had a club sandwich for lunch that was the best I've ever had 🤷♀️ Our waitress was very unfriendly. I will not go on about her Front desk staff are very professional and nice

Hotel cost me almost $2000/night. The common areas make a nice appearance upon entering. However, if you would like to use the common area for something that you purchased they will charge you an arm and a leg. Bathrooms, furniture, safes in room all need to be desperately renovated. Tiles on the floor are worn and chipped. Has a beautiful view of the sea. Also for the nightly price the breakfast should be higher end. Sliced meats and sliced cheeses, reminded me of getting from an American supermarket cold cut counter- not up to true Italian style breakfast. Staff wasn’t very helpful except in everything they can up charge you on. Was supposed to make a reservation for dinner, they said they did, showed up to restaurant and they didn’t have our reservation. For the price, go elsewhere.

Sono tornata a cena al ristorante dell'hotel "Scalinatella" per trovare tranquillità e piatti dai sapori eccellenti: non sono rimasta delusa! In una Capri fin troppo rumorosa il professionale e accogliente Marco Spataro, con il suo staff, riesce a creare un sapiente equilibrio tra la presenza che "coccola" e il rispetto dell'intimità che una cena richiede. I piatti strepitosi: una sapiente miscela di sapori e profumi. Complimenti allo chef! Il tutto nella splendida cornice di un panorama su Marina Piccola. Non resta che godersi l'esperienza!

I am extremely picky when it comes to cleanliness and service and comfort and the hotel exceeded all my requirements and expectations. I also do not write many reviews but had such a wonderful time I felt compelled to do so. Beautiful hotel, friendly and very attentive staff. Comfortable beds and impeccably clean rooms. Food was amazing as well. Beautiful views and nice that is out of the center of town and the day tourist crowds. I highly recommend. I stayed in May 2025 with my 22 year old daughter for mother daughter trip.

This is a magical place on the top of a cliff in Capri. The view is amazing, but so is the food. We ordered fresh fish a la salt, and it was one of the best dishes of our trip! The service is exemplary, highly recommend this high end restaurant. Visited during May

Alles in allem ein schönes Hotel, sehr freundliche Angestellte. Aber für 5 Sterne ist es einfach nicht gut genug. Das Frühstück war sehr sehr spärlich. Auf dem Zimmer gibt es noch nicht mal eine Kaffeemaschine und das für 820,- Euro pro Nacht. Im Restaurant ist es sehr hell und ungemütlich.
