Friendly staff, large room. If I have to be picky, for 500 euros per night I would have also expected slippers in the room as a courtesy kit!

Very overpriced hotel. Very Outdated, its like 3 stars hotel but they take 4 5 star hotel (compared to other hotels in Capri) . The gym is a joke. The breakfast was not good. Rooms are not satisfying

Overall hotel Della Piccola marina was “okay”. The staff was quite rude and impatient….i had burned my leg in their Turkish bath pretty badly, the kind server ran across the street to get me burn cream to help me with my wounds and the RUDE manager demanded we paid for the cream and not be able to keep the cream after we paid for it!!! That’s just one thing…..also….THE WIFI SUCKS!!! I swear I could’ve gotten better WiFi from two tin-foil balls wired to a Double-A battery than whatever get up they had and THE BED WAS LIKE SLEEPING ON CONCRETE…I swear I’ve developed scoliosis just from that bed. On another note being from Chicago we love spices on our foods…so the first morning we had breakfast there we used their tobasco hot sauce on our eggs, the next day I asked for hot sauce…I watched the server physically hide the tobasco and say “no, sorry we are all out”…I only wanted a few drops but whatever I thought that was petty and rude. Also, they all of the sudden just stopped having to-go boxes even tho we already had 2 to 3 to-go boxes prior to this incident. It was almost like they just wanted us to throw it out so we can just pay for more food instead of having leftovers….. the hotel “servers” or whatever you call them were absolute angels and were so kind and great but the management was quite rude and terrible….all in all….there are better hotels for less money. Overall it was very nice, but when we come back to Capri we will not be staying here again. Id give 5/10

Great location, a short walk from Capri town and on the walking path to the beach in Marina Piccola. Our room had partial ocean view, which we loved, and it was was spacious. The breakfast was delicious.

Hotel di un'eleganza raffinata ma discreta: le camere sono veramente grandi e le aree comuni sono molto curate. La posizione è a pochi passi dalla Piazzetta e dal centro di Capri. Si respira un'aria rilassata da casa al mare e il personale è gentile, cordiale, simpatico e molto preparato. Ci siamo sentiti accolti, come a casa. Torneremo e ve lo consiglio caldamente!

Albergo gradevole ed in buona posizione, tuttavia come è possibile pagare una suite per tre, arrivare in camera alle 18 con il terzo letto ancora da preparare, rassicurazioni che lo avrebbero fatto per la sera e tornare alle 3 di notte senza aver ancora provveduto? Inutile dire che a quell'ora nessuno era disponibile per farlo ed abbiamo dovuto arrangiare da soli, al mattino silenzio totale sull'accaduto e - come se non bastasse - la sera asciugamani per due in luogo dei tre, come da prenotazione.
