Very nice hotel, but not worth $2,000 / Night , Location is amazing and Staff is extremely nice and helpful
The room was ok, We had a suite with a Jacuzzi in the balcony that didn't work. Breakfast was limited.

Per me l’hotel più bello di Capri,ti accolgono come in famiglia,curatissimo in ogni dettaglio,nuovo,fresco,pulitissimo. Splendido giardino,colazione eccellente,ristorante eccellente. Alla Pazziella ti senti come a casa,personale disponibile e gentilissimo dal primo all’ultimo. Ogni volta che ne avrò l’occasione ci tornerò . Complimenti !!

Definite stay!
We only stayed one night at the hotel but we wished we had booked our entire Capri stay here. The hotel was very lovely and the staff was exceptional. Definitely would stay here again.

Siamo stati quattro giorni al Pazziella per il nostro anniversario di nozze e siamo stati benissimo. La struttura è nuova e molto tranquilla sebbene in pieno centro (tra il Quisisana ed il Tiberio). Personale bravissimo e preparato, colazione super e ristorante davvero ottimo (siamo tornati due volte per cena) il maitre Francesco è veramente molto preparato (sommelier 3 grado). Le camere sono molto belle e spaziose e siamo stati contentissimi del soggiorno. Torneremmo molto volentieri. Capri a maggio è stupenda.
