Personale gentile e accogliente ma a parte la struttura che ha un suo fascino, tutto il resto è tra 3 e 4 stelle. 5 stelle vuol dire eccellenza mentre letto, frigobar vuoto, doccia piccola, isolamento e orari piscina totalmente impraticabili non lo sono. All’arrivo con 3 valigie voluminose non è stato offerto nessun aiuto a portarle in camera. La prima cena era di buona qualità ma la seconda è stata presentata un frittura di pesce pessima. La colazione è di buon livello sia salato che dolce. Anche una convenzione con i lidi limitrofi sarebbe un plus. Per concludere, una festa di compleanno organizzata dalla direzione con musica altissima fino a mezzanotte rendeva impossibile dormire anche con i tappi. Per chiarire, tutto è sopportabile (a parte la festa, quella proprio potevano evitarsela!) ma uno sceglie (e paga) 5 stelle con altre aspettative.

Nous avons fait un séjour de 2 nuits (2 chambres famille de 5 personnes) et nous avons été particulièrement mal reçus dans cet hôtel et nous souhaitions le partager. Parmi les points - la chambre pas prête à 16h30 - 1 clé par chambre - 1 vieux sèche cheveux (accroché au mur qui devait avoir 15 ans ...) - Petit déjeuner confiture industrielle et corne flakes + 1 fromage / jambon - Restaurant très cher et mauvais : 3 crevettes trop cuites pr 16 euros - Le ménage de la chambre pas fait à 15h30 - Le spritz le plus insipide jamais bu - Pas assez de personnel - Hôtel ne correspondant absolument pas aux vues présentées sur le site : attention!!! - La 1ère chose que l’on demande en arrivant à la réception c’est de payer la chambre pour 2 nuits - En partant paiement cash car carte de crédit ne fonctionne pas - 3/ 4 personnes travaillent et très peu de service ou prestations. Absolument pas le niveau de prestations attendues d’un 5 étoiles. A peine un 3 étoiles. Et très cher. Je ne pouvais pas laisser passer cette arnaque qui a été le seul mauvais plan de notre séjour de 2 semaines dans les Pouilles. A bon entendeur!

Abbiamo soggiornato in famiglia in questa splendida struttura e sicuramente vi faremo ritorno. Una masseria cristallizzato nel tempo ed immersa nell'incontaminata natura pugliese. Le stanze erano ricavate dagli alloggi della masseria ed erano pulitissime e curate. Stesso dicasi per piscina, palestra e spazi comuni. Ottima e ricca la colazione, personale garbatissimo. Unici nei, poche partenze previste per il servizio spiaggia (non inclusa e non di proprietà), alcuni ambienti esterni scarsamente illuminati ed apparentemente un po' desolati, soprattutto di sera. Buona la cena in sede.

Ottima esperienza in famiglia, aperitivo delizioso e pranzo super , piatti della tradizione rivisitati e abbondanti! Personale gentile e disponibile, tutti molto attenti ,compreso lo chef ! Posto incantevole: tipica masseria immersa nella campagna, e a due passi dal mare … da ritornare!

Abbiamo pranzato il giorno di Pasquetta, un disastro totale gli antipasti miseri e scontati, il primo non dava di niente, la lasagna per i bambini sembrava surgelata, la salsiccia industriale, per dolce ci hanno dato la colomba, per non parlare del servizio. La location è carina ma trascurata...Insomma così non va bene, mi sono trovato in serie difficoltà con gli ospiti in quanto ero stato io ad organizzare il pranzo scegliendo la location... Per un attimo ho pensato di stare su scherzi a parte, invece era tutto vero... Insomma non lo consiglio...

Una brutta esperienza, scarsa igiene, un abbandono totale degli spazi condivisi, piante trascurate secche, senza professionalità. Una totale fregatura, la colazione servita da una povera ragazzina da sola, lettini in piscina sporchi, è stato un incubo.

The rooms are large, very "vintage", but clean. The breakfast buffet is quite rich but the restaurant leaves something to be desired in terms of menu and quality, little care is taken in everything, the bread that arrives at the table is warm because it has just been defrosted. The staff is young and very friendly, but unfortunately the atmosphere is sad because you have the feeling of being in a noble villa that has fallen into disgrace. It would take little to enhance a structure that has large, beautiful spaces and a terrace with a unique sea view.

La struttura è davvero fatiscente e poco curata nonostante il costo eccessivo. Il personale sgarbato. Avevamo chiesto una stanza adiacente alla piscina ma arrivati in struttura abbiamo scoperto che la stanza era al primo piano è lontana dalla piscina. Non vale assolutamente la pena, è stata una grande delusione!
