I lati negativi sono tanti. Ma la cosa peggiore è sicuramente il cibo, una settimana di digiuno. . Mi è dispiaciuto molto riscontrare la non curanza di quello che stava accadendo da parte di Rio Tommasino, che non si è proprio interessato alle lamentele di tanti clienti che avevano scelto quel posto per lui. Alcuni animatori sono stati molto solidali, confessando che anche per loro la situazione era difficile, che stavano dimagrendo tanto perché non riuscivano a mangiare quel cibo, che non vedevano l’ora di tornare a casa. Rio anche davanti a lacrime di disperazione per la situazione di estremo disagio non ha proferito parola, sarà anche un grande uomo da palcoscenico ma non ha avuto assolutamente rispetto per chi ha fatto quella scelta per lui. Ho trovato questa cosa molto grave, fare spallucce non ti rende più neutrale ma solo meno interessato. Da un “grande professionista” come lui non si può accettare. Meglio non proferire parola del direttore , sono sicura che le vare segnalazioni al gruppo hotel di riferimento sono bastate a far capire il disastro che ha creato. È stato ancora più triste vedere Rio che continua a ripetere che”Porto giardino non te lo consiglio, te lo auguro “, scoprendo che ci sarà anche per la stagione 2025, questo fa capire una sola cosa, la professionalità si vende rispetto ai soldi. Ci saranno altre persone che leggendo le recensioni, strane e dubbie, andranno lì e scopriranno di dover lottare per un lettino al mare, dover digiunare, dover fare chilometri per un bicchiere d’acqua, dover sentire puzza di muffa per una settimana. Grazie Rio per le tue splendide e sincere raccomandazioni.

Het personeel is super vriendelijk. Het eten gevarieerd.
De ligging aan zee perfect echter voor ons te ver van centrum. Gelukkig hadden wij een auto want zonder kom je nergens.

Very old, needs thorough cleaning and upgrading
Very dated property, ants in the room, room was not sufficiently clean, one light did not work, the fridge didn't work. The pool was old and needs an upgrade. Breakfast and dinner is very short timings so it is so busy during these hours, was a nightmare with kids when it was so busy. We had to park miles away from our room, and walking with toddlers with lots of things was quite annoying. The photos are about 10 years old and very misleading.

Simpelthen frygteligt hotel - 4-stjerner, har det ikke fortjent. Uforskammet receptionspersonale, som ikke kan fremstamme 5 sammenhængende ord på engelsk. Nedslidt hotelværelse. Pool området ligner noget fra 60'erne. Parkeringsforhold er dårlige, hvis du er uheldig skal du gå langt med din kuffert - til trods for de siger du kan blive kørt med en golfcart, som aldrig kommer og henter dig. Privat strand, kun for dem som har all inkl. - ellers skal du betale 12 euro pr. stol.

We’re coming back!
We loved it here! Overall everything was great. Food was good, accommodation, location etc. What made it great was the friendly staff and guests and the service minded employees working there. One minus was that there was a lot of ants inside the room, which I understand is a hard nut to crack for them. They cleaned the rooms every day so it was overall very clean and nice.
