Sono arrivato venerdì sera con le mie figlie di 7 e 9 anni. Ho prenotato via agenzia al costo di 396 euro per due notti con colazione . Il servizio non esiste in questo hotel residence . Ho dovuto chiamare più volte al numero di telefono scritto al di fuori della reception che era chiusa . Ho trovato la struttura vecchia , trascurata . La camera aveva un divano tutto macchiato ed il bagno ed in particolare la doccia erano sporchi ed in pessime condizioni di usura. Non parliamo della colazione che ha prodotti di bassissima qualità. Ho cercato la mattina di fare un complaint ma non c’era nessuno alla reception . Ho chiamato molte volte un numero esposto in un cartello fuori dalla reception per informare che me ne sarei andato. Nessuno rispondeva . Io non avevo i passaporti ed ho perso un’ora per farmeli restituire . Ho chiesto il rimborso del secondo giorno che ho pagato e non avrei utilizzato , in quanto non sarei potuto restare in quel caos e mi è stata data alcuna risposta …. Esperienza super negativa . Local sem manutenção há anos, janela não fechava bem, banheiro vazamento o chuveiro e na torneira pia. O café da manhã muito.pobre sem qualidade.Comprei um quarto com vista para mar e me foi dado u. Vista para parede fundo. Reclamação feita resposta que não tinham mais um quarto com vista mar porém se eu quisesse teria que pagar mais 30 € por dia para tal quarto. Não caiam nessa espelunca
