Capital Hotels with Pools

This is such a fun hotel! It’s near some busy roads, a mall, and a bunch of restaurants and such, which I guess is nice, but it’s pretty noisy and you’re not going to get a great view from your room or anything. BUT! Where to start? The rooms are clean. My kids and I loved the comic book, stickers, yo-yo, and rotary phone in our room. The hot tub is a little small, but guess what? You can soak in it and keep an eye on your kiddos as they enjoy the indoor/outdoor pool and water slide! Inside the lobby, you can find myriad board games, ping pong, “bowling,” Wii, and even old school typewriters in which you can pluck out that novel you’ve been keeping in the back of your head. The lobby Coffee is better than any in-room coffee another hotel might offer. And speaking of the lobby, the staff here is 110%! I got what I thought was an automated text asking how my state was so far. I said “meh” because we had just checked in and I wasn’t impressed with the area. I got a response from a real person right away!She provided answers to my questions and concerns and even delivered earplugs and silverware and cups to my room later when I needed them! When I was teaching my kiddo how to use a typewriter, the front desk staff didn’t hover over us or anything, just let us do our thing. Last, the little restaurant (open for breakfast and lunch) has a killer breakfast menu and such friendly staff!

Really like the hotel …room, facility key very well … the only  unfortunate part was due to the fact of very noisy guests who party late into the night. Definitely like the hotel and we will be back. 

The room is clean and comfortable, and the front desk service is very thoughtful. In particular, the food in the restaurant is very delicious. I feel very comfortable staying here. Thank you very much!

Because the scenery is very good, I took my parents to stay for one night. More remote, the road is in good condition, but the curvature is very big, be careful when driving at night. This reservation does not include breakfast. But before I went to the wedding to have a breakfast, there were a lot of breakfast choices and the restaurant scenery was very good. The hotel is very close to the airport, there is a shuttle bus service from the airport, there is a McDonald's nearby, and the second day after the car is returned by car, choose to stay here! The hotel is small, the room is large, there are two large beds, clean! The breakfast at the hotel is very simple, bread, boiled eggs, coffee milk, a little fruit, which is not bad for most hotels that do not include breakfast. The hotel has a small outdoor pool and the children are very happy to play and are satisfied with the overall hotel.

There is a long hair on the bed when we arrive, but all of us are short hair. And the hotel is not close to downtown. Everything else is perfect.

The hotel has a good location and the hotel lobby is clean. The hotel staff are very enthusiastic, and the room attendants are very prompt when they come to the room to deal with the problem. The room is generally clean, but some small details were not paid attention to. When I checked in, I found that there were snacks left by the previous guest on the edge of the bed, which were not cleaned up. The bedside reading light on one side of the bed was broken, and the bedside socket was also broken and could not be used. If you need toothbrushes and other toiletries, you need to ask the staff to get them.

The location is very close to Inner Harbour so it is very convenient. There is a direct bus from ferry terminal to the hotel nearby. Just walk less than 5 minutes will reach the hotel. Bus number 75 and cost CA 2.5 per head. It takes about an hour.

This is the best hotel We stayed here for our honeymoon and upgraded to the gold lounge by adding a very small amount and it was the best choice We received the best service during our stay and were touched by the special gift from the manager who celebrated our honeymoon. If you decide to stay in Victoria, you must visit this place.
