In general, the room is relatively clean, the bed is very comfortable, there is a microwave and refrigerator for use, the environment is quiet, the outdoor hot spring and swimming pool are very comfortable, I like them very much, and the service is also very nice.

Really like the hotel …room, facility key very well … the only  unfortunate part was due to the fact of very noisy guests who party late into the night. Definitely like the hotel and we will be back. 

I showed my reservation confirmation at the front desk and was able to check in right away, and I was relieved to find that the room I reserved was exactly as I had expected. The bellboy was kind and had a lovely smile! I used room service at night, and the Wagyu beef burger arrived hot and delicious in just 20 minutes, which was satisfying. There were no toothbrushes or slippers as amenities, so you need to bring your own. There were plenty of towels. The room was a little old, but it was nice and spacious, and the bathroom was clean.

Because the scenery is very good, I took my parents to stay for one night. More remote, the road is in good condition, but the curvature is very big, be careful when driving at night. This reservation does not include breakfast. But before I went to the wedding to have a breakfast, there were a lot of breakfast choices and the restaurant scenery was very good. Book a twin room, this type of room should not be able to have an extra bed Parking is available at the hotel entrance and below, free of charge. What I can say is the location was so perfect for us. The transportation just 2mins walk from the bus stop,10mins drive to downtown and malls is only 5mins walk from this hotel. But 2 things that makes me disappointed, first is on our first night in the middle of the night the air conditioner became to noisy the noise was so annoying at first we ignored it because we’re in the middle night and we’re sleeping, but the noise of the AC doesn’t stop and it became to loud so we need turn it off. Since its in the middle of the night we just ignore it and we go back to sleep since the temperature of our room is still cold. So in the morning we reported it in the front desk about the AC to check the AC of our room. But the front desk wasn’t sure if can be fix on that day so he suggest to give us a stand fan. Since we got no choice we agreed for his suggestion for the stand fan because we have to leave the hotel and go somewhere. We came back late night like 10pm. We saw the stand fan but we did now turn on yet, we try to turn on the AC if its fix and no more noise. Like 1-2hrs the AC is ok its normal, but when we’re about to go to bed and sleep the AC begun rattling and too noisy. So we need to turn it off the AC. So 2nd thing is the stand fan we got no choice so we turn it on the stand fan but sadly the fan takes 10-20mins to start the fan and when fan started is too noisy just like the AC. So in our 2nights when dont have a good sleep. 😂 But all in all the cleanliness of the room was excellent except the trouble of AC and Stand Fan 🤣🤣🤣

The hotel is very close to the airport, there is a shuttle bus service from the airport, there is a McDonald's nearby, and the second day after the car is returned by car, choose to stay here! The hotel is small, the room is large, there are two large beds, clean! The breakfast at the hotel is very simple, bread, boiled eggs, coffee milk, a little fruit, which is not bad for most hotels that do not include breakfast. The hotel has a small outdoor pool and the children are very happy to play and are satisfied with the overall hotel.

The room facilities are relatively new and I am very satisfied. The hotel is located together with the golf course. It is in the mountains and has a quiet environment. Breakfast is at your own expense, as is parking.

The location is very close to Inner Harbour so it is very convenient. There is a direct bus from ferry terminal to the hotel nearby. Just walk less than 5 minutes will reach the hotel. Bus number 75 and cost CA 2.5 per head. It takes about an hour.

I’ve always wanted to stay at this iconic hotel. The room was comfy and the staff was friendly. Of course the location is pefect. I had to walk a long way down 3-4 hallways to get to my room which I thought was to get to my lovely “city view” room but no. My “view” was into other rooms.

It took an hour to check in three rooms. I felt that the front desk was not familiar with the business. However, the hotel is still good. The location of Fairmont should be more convenient.
