A very friendly welcome at this hotel. Room a good size but rather dated. The noise from outside was not too bad. The noise from other guests in the corridor outside the bedroom at 3am just awful.

very dated. smelled "damp" all the time. safe did not work. electricity did not work one day. our last night had no ac or hydro from midnight until am (check out day) ,our clothes were all wet from dampness & my friends medications melted. seems thought they should turn everything off on our day we r leaving. Bathroom door was a slider old wooden door & it did not shut. gaps on both sides. no privacy. I would rate a 2 star. in a very unsafe area of the Cape town. This was booked with our tour, The pics r deceiving. only part that looks nice is lobby. pool is size of a hot tub. has old green indoor / out door carpeting everywhere on roof top patio. I would never book this hotel if I had to choose.

The staff , Shady receptionist lady and Carl the maintenance gentleman are extremely helpful, nice, kind and friendly people . Well done also the manager in the morning is very understanding I do not her name . The night person who sings rappers is great entertainment. Staff in general very helpful. Well done . My room was great .

Nice room,very clean. Great Service, they help me with everything.Great location,easy to walk around and with many óptimos for dinner. Área very lively during the day and More calm area duro y the night. 20 minutes walking to the Waterfront.
