Excellent service of all staff, the reception (Miss Roelofsen) gave us excellent tips for trips and arranged it as well ! Breakfast was incredible ! Compliments to the chef. The rooms were beautifully decorated, beds top notch.

We stayed here for a couple of nights and were not disappointed . The area the hotel is situated in is a funky happening place but not noisy. Busy and funky on a Friday night. The hotel sits facing Table Mountain and in the suburb of Gardens which is located at the top of the city, making it easy to get to and from anywhere around the city by Uber. The rooms were immaculate and well presented. The food in the restaurant, I can only comment on the breakfast which was great. The staff were brilliant and very helpful. One bit of advice is adk for room 44, loved it. Also try to book next door at Miller'sThumb, great seafood.

Cloud 9 personifies chic-boutique! A classy affair with eye-catching detail throughout the hotel's décor. Eye-catching views as well! Massive commendation to the chef and his team. The food was well-presented and deliciously devoured. Reception staff (Jeanette, Lance, Dominic, Cliff and the rest) were delightful. A BIG shout-out to the hotel Deluxe Spa - Thana and her team. Every day was literally a treat(ment). A highly recommended base for exploring Cape Town.

We had a fabulous 5 night stay over Christmas. The hotel is gorgeous, in a great location for getting around and the staff looked after our every need. We looked forward to breakfast every day as the food was delicious and the staff looking after us were kind and caring. Don’t hesitate to stay here as an excellent base to get around all of Cape Town.
