Our stay at Premier Hotel Cape Town was amazing. We were given a warm return welcoming (this was our third stay here). Our room was beautiful, we had the family room with 2 floors (one room upstairs and another downstairs). The upstairs room had a balcony which was great. The restaurants food was incredible, I had the pork belly which was delicious. The staff are super friendly and helpful and I am looking forward to our next stay.

When I first booked this hotel, I was attracted by its location and reasonable price. However, after paying and doing more research, I came across some negative feedback that made me regret my decision. Unfortunately, the booking was non-refundable, so I couldn’t cancel. I wasn’t looking forward to my stay. To my surprise, things turned out much better than expected. When I arrived, the staff at the door were very friendly, helpful, and welcoming—as were the reception staff (especially the girl with very short hair, she was exceptional). I had a minor issue with my room, but it was resolved quickly and efficiently. The room itself was spacious, clean, and had a lovely sea view. The bar and restaurant staff were also wonderful, and at no point did I feel unsafe during my stay. I ended up really enjoying my time at this hotel and would definitely stay again if I have the opportunity to return to Cape Town.

A super hotel with beautiful staff and we’re very welcoming and always looking after our wellbeing . Situated just a few metres from the promenade and beach. In the other direction there are several very high quality restaurants. Great buffet breakfast. Comfortable bed. Good strength WiFi. Tea and coffee making facilities. Everything brilliant really

We were greeted with a warm reception, and check-in was no more than 5 minutes which I appreciated considering we arrived late after a long day of travel. We stayed in the family loft room which was very spacious. However we were greeted with ants crawling all over the mantle below the TV on the lower level. The carpet was putridly filthy. Please consider changing to vinyl flooring or even tiles. Its absolutely unhygienic. I only booked this hotel because I was told that the carpets would be replaced with vinyl flooring and that the completion would end in October 2024. This triggered one of my family members sinuses and he was a wreck for the duration of our holiday. The bathroom basin tap was loose. The toilet seat cover was broken. The toilet is not practical, its at an angle in close proximity to the shower which is not very practical and user friendly. The carpets are never cleaned. During our entire stay, the hotel room and corridor carpets had the same filth on it, strewn papers, dry leaves and twigs, and the smell was very unpleasant. The first day at breakfast, the grated cheese had mold, I was put-off ever since and resorted to eating yoghurt for the remainder of my stay. I can't say I had a pleasant stay, neither will I recommend the establishment. Fortunately for us, we had early mornings and late nights which made the stay bearable.
