To be honest , I expected more from this hotel seeing that it advertised to be a bespoke 5 star luxury boutique hotel . In the comfort room, the face basin had black mould at the base of it , all around it . That was a big turn off . My luxury room was a bit of a mess because a piece of furniture was in the wrong place which made it quite uncomfortable for me to move around. The room is already not very spacious due to how it's built . It was eventually moved but I think this should've been fixed before I entered the room. I was actually shocked that no one thought it would've been a problem before I reported it. The toilet also smelled very bad - on entering , every single time .I wasn't happy about at all. Other things in the room were dirty , the light switches, other miscellaneous items with food stains etc.. Bed sheets did not smell fresh . It had a thick bleach scent . These things are little fixes that need to be done . I didn't enjoy my stay in my rooms at all. But , everyone had lovely smiles and warm greetings and paid attention to our needs and wants. Service was great: ) Keen attention has to be paid to the cleanliness.
