The price of the hotel is reasonable and good value for money. The hotel is located in the city center, convenient for shopping, entertainment, and transportation. The location is very advantageous. The hotel is an old building and is a traditional low-end hotel. Of course, the furniture and facilities are within the reasonable price range of the hotel. Unfortunately, the wooden floors are not soundproof and affect each other. Hygiene is already very good. The service is absolutely first-class, and five-star hotels also have slick service. The most valuable thing about this hotel is that every staff member has a friendly service attitude every day and tries their best to help guests. I originally booked a hotel for one day, but ended up extending my stay several times. It is recommended to enjoy the hotel's best service, most convenient location and reasonable price.

Great place to stay
Very friendly staff who carried my bag upstairs to the room as no lifts.
The bed was comfortable, the room was spacious with a desk and chair, hanging space and I loved the arty decor in the room. It was very quiet. Tea, coffee and jug in the room but also free coffee and fresh muffin each morning for breakfast in lounge area near reception. Free choice of a beer, wine or cider from the bar on arrival was great too. I found the location great with the Hop on hop off sightseeing bus stop in Long Street too just a couple of blocks away, also the starting point for 2 free walking tours. I felt safe in the area.

I had a great experience at this property, mostly due to the wonderful staff who went above and beyond at every turn.
My bathroom shower could have been cleaner and the pillows weren’t the most comfortable but the room was spacious and the decor was creative.
Be cautious walking around the area at night but there are plenty of great options for food, coffee and drinks within a few minutes walk.

The hotel is situated in the heart of the City and within walking distance to local restaurants and shops and any excursions your booking for your pick up from the Hotel!
Staff are very helpful and very friendly and the hotel is kept spotless!

It's ok
Generally a nice enough hotel at a reasonable price. Sound carries a lot though, and I was woken up multiple times through the night as people walked down the hallway or were chatting downstairs. Because of this, I probably wouldn't stay again.
Bear in mind there is no elevator, so you may have to carry your luggage up a couple of flights of stairs.
