Well located, spacious room and fantastic breakfast. Really great value for money!

Everything was literally perfect except for the flies and a few knats flying around the food. Which tells me that the kitchen needs to become cleaner.  The bathtub rim and toilet rim could use a little more scrubbing, but other than that everything was lovely.

This hotel is in the centre of the CBD. It’s closer to many local amenities and long street. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast has a variety of options and the restaurant is open until very late at night and has local and international cuisines like Korean short rib and Vietnamese spring roll. The rooms are very clean and spacious. They have The Grotto Spa within the hotel which I highly recommend. I definitely would suggest you check it out if you plan to visit Cape Town.

My stay was wonderful and stress-free. The suites were spacious, and I loved the bathroom, sitting area, and very comfortable bed.

It was my first time to Africa, my stay at the hotel was super, the location was great, the concierge was great, all of the employees were super nice and helpful. Lana was also great, she was ready to take us any and every where we wanted or needed to go. Please use her if you are ever there, she is awesome!

the rooms was really good with good breakfast specially waffles and pancakes, with polite staff but the location was far from the v&a waterfront and must went by taxi, the weather was cold but swimming pool not appropriate for 5 star hotel.

I made an online booking about6 months ago and there was a misunderstanding.I was gladly surprised that was resolved within 2hrs at that time and got R750 credit/refund.The visit was IN29/08/2024,OUT 02/092024.It was my third visit with family.All I can say the breakfast is still first class..The staff was very helpful with my daughter.Tgey were going out theur way to make feel valued as guest and the manager was not onlly overlooking but participating in making all gusts comfortable.The reception staff is extremely friendly,helpful,accommodating.They are exceptionally professional and enjoy assisting guests.Very clean,beautiful ambience.The weather was chilly so we could not swim.Overall I will go back again.

Room with the best view in the hotel, looking directly out to table Mountain and Lion's Head right from the bed! Food plentiful for breakfast soo much choice, amazing staff, always happy and helpful, presented with smiles and conversations Used room service Food awesome and outstanding value Room cleaned and tidied on a daily basis, spotless hotel Would recommend and stay again if in Cape Town for sure
