This hotel was absolutely beautiful but definitely a bit overpriced. The rooms are beautiful and spacious but we were a little disappointed with the housekeeping as there was bird poop on our balcony floor and even after telling them to clean it they didn’t. For the price we definitely expected more. The location is perfect for shopping and the aquarium.
Breakfast and room service food were all very good.

The staff made this trip wonderful. They went above the expectations of any 5-star hotel. The turndown service was great. The extra level with the associate and the concierge was next level.

wow what a stay! Everything was seamless and exquisite--the rooms are amazing (we had the table mountain view and it did not disappoint!), the breakfast restaurant was extraordinary (literally, the equivalent of the fanciest holiday or mother's day brunch EVERY DAY), housekeeping was flawless and thoughtful every day (including gifts by the bedside each night), Nobu you can order at the bar (which is a destination in and of itself!), the bell staff outside were top notch--not a shortcoming or complaint to be found (and I am the princess and the pea type who can always find something to complain about). This one is worth the $$ and it takes a lot of it to stay here. We used a lifetime of amex points and another couple thousand but it was totally worth it. If you can do it, DO IT!!

The breakfast selection is great. It even has raw oysters! It is only few minutes walk from the Victoria and Alfred waterfront. If that is still too much for you, they provide complimentary chauffer service.

This hotel not only has a fabulous view, and not only has luxury and comfort, it has the best staff we have ever seen. There are so many staff members reaching out to meet needs you did not even know you had. It is simply fantastic!!! Book there now.

Very overrated and extra charges for the texting service they offer, without telling you. After how much they charge for the room??? Will not be back.

The One and Only CapeTown is a fantastic hotel in a great area, the rooms were modern, the staff were fantastic. it has a great Nobu restaurant on site.
