This hotel was absolutely beautiful but definitely a bit overpriced. The rooms are beautiful and spacious but we were a little disappointed with the housekeeping as there was bird poop on our balcony floor and even after telling them to clean it they didn’t. For the price we definitely expected more. The location is perfect for shopping and the aquarium.
Breakfast and room service food were all very good.

Oneandonly Cape town is my home in Capetown. Except my unpleasant check out experience my stay was very pleasant. Hoping to come again soon.

Nous avons séjourner au one and only en famille fin octobre début novembre, nous avons beaucoup apprécié le service et la prise en charge dès le début du check in. La piscine est très agréable et nous en avons bien profité, le menu à la carte par contre est un peu léger. Les attentions faites à nos enfants ont été très appréciées. Nous avons pris le côté island que j'ai personnellement trouvé très agréable tout en étant en pleine ville un véritable havre de paix. Le service top notch h24. Mention spéciale pour le petit déjeuner exceptionnel meilleur que dans des établissements similaires de même gamme. Et le kids club est génial !

We had afternoon tea at the One and Only and oh my gosh, what an experience!!! We arrived and was greeted by the most friendly staff, shown to our table and the manager Eva came around to greet us. Few minutes later we had drinks and bottomless scones that was like none I’ve ever had and I live in England. Eva came to the table again advising our batch of pastries didn’t come out right and they will never serve anything that’s not up to standard so they asked the chef to do a new batch for us. He then offered us some Moët champagne to make us for the inconvenience which was really not an inconvenience as we didn’t mind waiting. The place is just absolutely gorgeous! If I’m ever back in Cape Town I’d definitely go back!
