This hotel was absolutely beautiful but definitely a bit overpriced. The rooms are beautiful and spacious but we were a little disappointed with the housekeeping as there was bird poop on our balcony floor and even after telling them to clean it they didn’t. For the price we definitely expected more. The location is perfect for shopping and the aquarium.
Breakfast and room service food were all very good.

Currently staying on the island. We had a very unpleasant experience at the high tea dining area. The service was poor. The staff discriminated against my helper. The staff felt comfortable to handle my kids without my permission. Not the best experience at one and only cape town.

As a Four Seasons Residence owner, I usually stay at four seasons around the world as I get benefits from them, so this was my first experience at a one&only property. Let me tell you, I was so impressed with this hotel, its outstanding personalized service, beauty, fantastic food, incredible rooms, view, value and the entire experience that I am already looking for when I can check out other one&only properties and cannot wait to return to this hotel. They killed it!

A Truly Exceptional Stay – Again and Again! My wife and I have had the pleasure of staying at One&Only Cape Town multiple times over the past 10 years—and each visit continues to exceed our expectations. The thoughtful upgrades to the rooms and public spaces over the years are impressive, and the hotel only becomes more beautiful and welcoming with time. The views of Table Mountain are simply breathtaking, and the accommodations are spacious, elegant, and immaculately maintained. We enjoyed every dining experience—from Nobu and Isola to a memorable in-room dinner—and the cocktails at the Vista Lounge were a highlight, especially at sunset. The spa is a serene retreat, perfect for relaxing between adventures. Most of all, the staff is outstanding—friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. A special thank you to General Manager Anne Scott for her exceptional leadership and warm hospitality. It’s clear her influence touches every aspect of the guest experience. We can’t wait to return again. One&Only Cape Town is truly one of the finest luxury properties in the world.
