Super hotel, klein en Boutique met moderne kamers. Ligging is top vlakbij Waterfront! Ze hebben een eigen chauffeur ( Peter ) en die brengt je overal heen ( in de avond nl niet in het donder rijden of lopen ). Heel vriendelijk personeel, echt een aanrader!!!

From the moment we were greeted on arrival by Elton to the moment we sadly left the staff were friendly, happy and always willing to help. None of the detached formality of a big chain. The rooms were clean, and well appointed, breakfast was always good - we are vegan and the team went out of the way to ensure we had a good choice. The waterfront was in easy walking distance.Wwe would recommend the Tree House to anybody staying in Cape Town

What an amazing little boutique hotel tucked away in the middle of Green Point. The rooms were nice and comfortable, but the highlights of The Tree House is the oasis of an outdoor space and the tremendous service. You won't find a nicer more accommodating staff. I had unfortunately become sick during my stay, and they could not have been more helpful, including finding a doctor to come to the hotel to treat me. The location is really great as well. While it's a little bit of a walk uphill from the main road, it's location gives you access to some fantastic restaurants (Bao Down and El Burro), bakeries (Jason Bakery) and the best Italian sandwich shop (Giovanni's). Also walking distance to Green Point Park which is beautiful. Pro Tip: grab a picnic lunch from Giovanni's and go eat in the park. I'd highly recommend Tree House and can't wait to return.

Nous avons vécu une très désagréable expérience dans l’hôtel The Tree House Boutique Hôtel de Cap Town. Nous avons subi un vol dans notre chambre : le coffre-fort a été ouvert et une partie de notre argent a été dérobée. Arès avoir signalé ces faits à la direction de l’hôtel, nous avons eu la désagréable surprise de nous entendre dire par le directeur que ce n’était pas possible. Le coffre-fort présentait des traces d’effraction. Manifestement, ce dernier couvre son personnel validant ainsi les actes malveillants réalisés dans l’établissement. En conséquence, nous vous déconseillons fortement cet hôtel. We had a very unpleasant experience at The Tree House Boutique Hotel in Cape Town. Our room was robbed: the safe was opened and some of our money stolen. After reporting this to the hotel management, we were unpleasantly surprised to be told by the manager that this was not possible. The safe showed signs of having been broken into. Clearly, the manager is covering up for his staff, thereby validating the malicious acts committed in the hotel. We therefore strongly advise against staying at this hotel.

We arrived at 8.00am in the morning, expecting to drop off our luggage and go out for the day, only to we welcomed and told great news your room is ready. We had a welcome drink and breakfast at which point Elton informed us of all the things available to to in Cape Town. We took advantage of his immense knowledge and used to hotel, via Elton to arrange absolutely everything for us, from High Tea at Mount Nelson Hotel, safari, shopping trips, journey around the peninsular and the hotel shuttle with Peter who dropped and picked us up from anywhere in town. I cannot write all the wonderful things the staff did for us and how great there service is as it would take all day. Special shout out to Elton, Evance, Melody and Sheila. Lorraine and Friedrich, you have a beautiful hotel with beautiful staff, we cannot wait to come back to South Africa and sample your amazing country and your wonderful hotels ( The Living Journey Boutique Hotels ) again.

Just returned from a wonderful week at the Tree House Boutique Hotel. We stayed in the Lookout Suite which was spacious and comfortable, with amazing views from the 2 balconies. Plenty of space to sunbathe or just sit with a glass of wine in the evening. We were shown a warm welcome and given wonderful care by all the staff during our stay - particular mention to Elton, Sheila and Melody. During our stay we took two, full day private tours, arranged through the hotel - the peninsular tour and a day wine tasting in Stellenbosch & Franschoek. Ismail was a wonderful informative guide, tailoring the trips to our interests, including a spontaneous diversion to visit Newlands Cricket Ground. We will definitely stay here again next time we are in town.

The location was perfect for our needs: it is only 15 minutes walk to the Waterfront. The manager Elton is very efficient and very professional. Phiwe from the frontdesk, is a very helpful and friendly person: he did his utmost best to resolve our problem with the payment of the taxidriver. The other members of the staff were also very helpful when we needed help to organize our daily activities. The room was very clean and spacious. The breakfast was also very good, in particular the eggs Benedict. We will surely rebook this boutique hotel when we will visite Cape Town again.
