Goed hotel in klassiek gebouw midden in de stad. Supervriendelijk personeel. Altijd security beneden. We moesten heel vroeg weg en kregen ontbijt mee. Met de Uber wordt je voor de deur opgehaald of afgezet. En aantrekkelijk geprijsd in vergelijking met de hotels aan de waterfront

4-Star Review The hotel itself is quite old and could use some updates, especially in the dining area. Unfortunately, the breakfast was disappointing — by 9:00 AM it looked stale and unappetizing, which really took away from the experience. However, the hospitality and staff were truly exceptional. Everyone was warm, helpful, and made me feel genuinely welcome throughout my stay. Their service alone made a big difference, which is why I’m still giving this hotel four stars. With some improvements to the food and a bit of a refresh, it could easily become a top choice.

Excellent hotel with good central location and many dining options including hotel restaurant. Rooms are modern and comfortable and breakfast is great, Service staff was wonderful. We would gladly stay again and highly recommend. Hotel is safe.

The reception staff were amazing!! Very helpful in many ways, above and beyond! Our room was spacious and very comfortable. Large bathroom and good storage space. Breakfast had a good variety of foods, and the waitstaff were friendly and very efficient. I would definitely recommend Old Bank.

Wir können das Hotel absolut empfehlen. Es liegt recht zentral in der Innenstadt von Kapstadt, fußläufig (in derGruppe,wie waren mit 5 Personen hier) etwa 20- 25 Minuten von der Waterfront entfernt. Das Hotel bietet sehr geräumige und schön eingetrichtete Zimmer mit Bad (Toilette und Dusche), einer wunderschönen Lobby mit Bar und Frühstücksraum im 8. Stock und einer kleinen Terasse. Das Personal ist äußerst zuvorkommend und herzlich. Der Portier im Eingangsbereich (Moneed?) hat sich hervorragend um unser Auto und das Parken gekümmert (vorher online reservieren, gegen Aufpreis). Alles in allem können wir das Hotel bestens weiterempfehlen. Wir werden wiederkommen.
