· Es ist ein sehr gut und familiär geführtes Haus. Es hat einen wunderschönen Garten mit vielen Sitzgelegenheiten. Das Personal ist sehr aufmerksam und jeder Wunsch wurde umgehend erfüllt. Die Besitzerin ist sehr humorvoll und führt mit den Gästen gerne ein Gespräch, sehr natürlich und unaufdringlich. Das Frühstück ist hervorragend. Ich war zum zweitenmal in dem Hotel und es hat mir sehr gut gefallen. Einige Restaurants sind fußläufig gut zu erreichen. Gardens ist ein wunderschöner Stadtteil von Kapstadt und dieses Hotel passt genau hierhin.

Prima guesthouse in een rustige buurt. Goede bedden en sanitair. Jammer dat er geen lift is. Wij logeerden op de derde etage. Wel een mooi uitzicht op de Tafelberg vanuit de kamer. Dakterras aanwezig. Vriendelijke en behulpzame bediening. Prima ontbijtservice met buffet en op verzoek warme eiergerechten.

Wir hatten ein sauberes Zimmer mit einem Blick auf den Tafelberg und der Stadt. Die Koffer wurden ins Zimmer gebracht da es keinen Aufzug gibt. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker, es gab auch Wurst was nicht so üblich ist. Da es ein sehr altes Haus ist knarrte der Boden bei jedem Schritt. Ansonsten haben wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Was ich überhaupt nicht verstanden habe ist, das man am Abend wenn man vom Abendessen zurückkommt, nicht einmal ein Glas Wein bestellen konnte. Nur eine ganze Flasche! Das war mir dann leider zu viel und ich ging ins Bett. In einer Weingegend eigentlich unverständlich. In jeder Unterkunft, wir hatten auf unserer Reise davon 9, war es immer möglich nur ein Glas Wein zu bestellen.

Being in South Africa for the first time, we could not have found a better place to start our journey. We got tips for restaurants within walking distance, which was very helpful. We also felt very safe there. Everybody was genuinely friendly, breakfast was plenty and of good quality, our kids loved the fresh muffins every morning, good beds, charming rooms, very sweet house cat.

Best stay in Capetown! Prime location, superb staff, cosy rooms, mega breakfast and easy parking !!! We also got help with activity booking on beforehand so full service accommondation. We recommend this stay to everyone
