I am in a wheelchair, but access to bathroom very difficult/ restricted and shower access not possible at all. And hairdryer not working, not connected and my wife not happy at all. Bedding too thick, too hot to sleep under in summer.

The location is great but the hotel and rooms are VERY basic. Corridors not nice and clean, smells. No extras, bathrooms very old and toilet dripping 24/7

I arrived to find the entire lobby under construction. there were pieces that almost fell on my head as i walked in. the rooms look nothing like the website. i didnt stay at the hotel as i didnt feel safe. i will not recommend this hotel to anyone

This is an absolutely horrible establishment. It reeks of cigarettes and dampness throughout. Toilets do not work so they also contribute to the smell. The staff is clueless and the owners are rude. No one at the place has any idea what a please guest experience looks like. There are constantly street-beggers hanging around the entrance and reception which also poses a security risk. This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in.

We saw mixed reviews so decided to go and inspect before we paid. We walk straight back out the door. Always read reviews they tell the story. A smell of stale cigarettes and dampness yet alone not cleaned. I guess if the price is low then there is a reason

Pleasant stay, well located, friendly staff. Fairly new hotel so a lot of renovation was still being done but we only needed a bed to sleep since we travelled during the day. The guests above us were very noisy and sounded like furniture being moved around, but it could have been workers doing renovations. I did not report it because it was bearable.

Reception staff friendly, parking smells smoke, no parking remote for the visitors, you must hoot first and they open. The corridors smell smoke. The rooms not really well kept as my bathroom basin was cleaned once since my check-in. I was allocated room next to emergency door, my room door was not properly fit on the bottom as the wind blows the door was shaking and making sounds. I had sea view room with lots of mosquito 🦟 that had a feast on me. I killed 7 of them. They are everywhere . Worse if the windows are opened. The restaurant was just okay👍. The property is well located but lacks more attention.
