The Marly is all about the location and position. On the plus side, the views across the bay are stunning. But for the seaview rooms, this is offset by the noise (thumping base music from restaurants below) and the cooking smells. This isn't the Marly's fault, it can't be helped, but perhaps book the mountain view rooms; these are less cost and quieter. The service was excellent as was the room quality.

The Marly is a stellar property, with innovative, chic design, well trained staff who go above and beyond. The restaurant experience was special, food is over the top….all in all the stay was so fantastic, I could see designing a future trip around a stay at the Marly and then to one or more of the group’s sister hotels.

I had not been to CT for a long time and always remembered i did not enjoy staying by the Waterfront so tried the Marly was very impressed all staff were really nice and food was yummy. Room were very nice and big and cleaned very well. All in all great experience and would definitely go back. Location was amazing Camps Bay is really nice and a short cab ride to the waterfront.
