My twin sister and I had the most fabulous time celebrating our birthday together at the Mount Nelson. The afternoon tea is absolutely divine. The staff is exceptional, we were treated by Andiswa and entertained by Craig. Hope we can return again soon!

We went for the afternoon tea. Our waitress Thabisa offered the best service I've ever received. She offered a service that was superior and her kindness and hospitality was unmatched. I would definitely come again. The food and tea selection where amazing, the flavour profiles definitely worth revisiting

My family and I went for High Tea. It was a lovely experience and we were assisted beautifully by Thuli who was attentive and friendly and made sure that we had everything we could possibly want. She was very knowledgeable about the different teas on offer and had a lovely sense of humor. We will definitely go back again!

Thuli took care of us and she was amazing! Such great service and beautiful set up. We loved doing the mount Nelson high tea and it was such a good experience. Definitely a must-do if you’re ever visiting Cape Town. We will definitely be back!!

Thuli was an amazing server! Had such an amazing time. The hotel is beautiful and got to enjoy very good tea and foods. Definitely recommend if you want to do high tea. The vibes were so cute and great photos came out of it. The staff made the experience more fun.

Thuli and the badger bar staff gave amazing service. Thoroughly enjoyed my experience and would recommend it to anyone. Such lovely staff and service all round, the manager even checks on you while you are in your course. I am in need of a lovely nap after the tasty tatsy food. Thank you for your service.
