The guesthouse was fine. My issue was when I booked someone to show me around. We were delayed and then Nadine from the guest house asked that he returns to pick her up. This was not my original plan and she put a lot of pressure on the driver to go back in the middle of my tour. When I said I have a hotel booking I need to attend to, she said it’s my problem. Then she asked him while we were driving to pull over and get money for her. I started to get very nervous as we pulled over in dangerous neighbourhoods . The driver then sent her a voice message to tell her I’m not feeling well and that he’s asking that he takes me straight to the hotel and she said “I don’t care, let her cry”. He played this to me and said I don’t know what to do. So here I was a hostage in someone’s car. We then pulled over several times to try and wire her money. When I texted her to go on with my trip, she said no you will pick me up, you should have thought of this. Luckily my driver said to me he won’t stop any more and took to my new hotel. But, I have never been more scared, insulted and shocked in my life. Hours later this woman kept sending me messages to find how much money I gave the driver. In short- stay away! She is not customer oriented and has 0 knowledge in hospitality.
