Small 1 bedroom apartment in very good location. 700m from V&A mall and docks. Safe and fully serviced daily. Basement parking nearby. Good large shower and lovely balcony. Only criticism is why paint the interior walls black?

The apartment is in a very secure area. It is located within a short walking distance to the Victoria & Albert Shopping Mall in Cape Town’s Waterfront. It is clean, very friendly staff.

Absolutely perfect stay. We stayed in Altmore in a very large and beautifully furnished apartment, super easy walking distance to the V&A Waterfront (＜10mins) and felt 100% safe doing the walk both day and night. Check in was a little tricky to find, but easy (not at all like a prison as some reviews have said - they simply take your photo). There are rules to sign but they're reasonable - no loud parties, no swimming in the canal, no speeding etc. Nothing unusual. You get access keys to multiple security gates, the compound inside is stunning with canal views and multiple swimming pools. Huge balcony with a dining table. We had absolutely everything we needed, fresh towels and bed linen daily, lovely toiletries and friendly, helpful staff. I would recommend this to anyone staying in Cape Town. We had no issues, easy checkout - just drop the keys off at any security gate. Pools were clean and plenty of space, occasionally we'd get one to ourselves like a private experience!

V centrally located and convenient. Organised, clean and great security. Nice finishings and views. Good for family of 4. Large, spacious rooms and v good staff. Lots of privacy in the complex and good value for money, will definitely stay again
