Every corner of the room is very clean. It is cleaned every day. The room always has a light fragrance, which makes me feel at ease. I encountered a problem when I checked in. I booked two rooms but the hotel only had information about one room. Finally, I contacted Ctrip to help verify and solve it. I went out very early in the morning and ordered a breakfast pack. Compared with Onomo in Johannesburg, it was very delicious and complete! The hotel staff seemed very happy every day, which made people feel very good.

We were on the first floor and it was very noisy. In the evening and also in the morning you could hear people chatting, etc., maybe from the floor below, but it is really annoying. Breakfast is average. Clean and basic rooms

Clean and and comfortable room, and good breakfast. Easy access to the V&A Waterfront without being so close as to be noisy. Would stay here again

Excellent hotel to stay at. The accommodation offers everything you need to have a great stay in Cape Town. The hotel staff are very friendly and receptive. My experience was a 10. Beatrix and Zolani are fantastic people.
