We stayed at the Blue Views Penthouse Beachfront Apartment and were blown away! The view was absolutely breathtaking — waking up to the ocean right in front of us felt like a dream. The apartment itself is stunning, with lavish furniture and high-end finishes throughout. One of the unexpected highlights was the underfloor heating, which made the stay extra comfortable, especially in the cooler evenings. Highly recommended for anyone looking for luxury and relaxation right by the beach!

Amazing service and hospitality, and luxurious stay. Would definitely recommend anyone to stay here! The heated floor and towels are a very big added bonus, and the bath was an incredible experience.

The 4 bedroom Penthouse at Blue Views Hotel in Camps Bay was the perfect stay for our family. The modern spacious living area allowed for a comfortable visit with the whole family. The open plan kitchen is beautiful and allowed for wining and dining with the family while cooking The bedrooms had great views of the ocean and were spacious and cozy, the amenities were top-notch. I especially appreciated the high quality toiletries The hotel staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive. They went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable

Perfect stay in Camps Bay. The Penthouse is so close to the beach and great restaurants too. The terrace was the best location to watch the sunset. The staff were also super friendly and gave great advice. Looking forward to staying again soon!

While the location of Blue Views Villas was excellent, our overall experience was disappointing, and we wouldn’t recommend staying here. One of the biggest issues was the misleading description of the villa. Although it is advertised as a three-bedroom property, the third bedroom is significantly inferior to the other two, positioned at the back of the property with no comparison in quality. Based on our experience, this accommodation is better suited for two couples rather than three. More concerning was the lack of cleanliness and maintenance. Upon arrival, we discovered vomit on the floor of Bedroom 3, which left an unpleasant odour that worsened throughout our stay. Despite bringing this to the attention of housekeeping multiple times, it was not properly addressed, and two members of our group had to sleep on the couch for the final two nights as the smell became unbearable. Other hygiene issues included towels with clumps of hair and lipstick stains, an unkept linen cupboard, and cupboard shelves that were falling apart. The oven was broken, and a curtain was missing in the main lounge area, leaving the space feeling incomplete. While housekeeping attended daily, basic items such as tissue boxes were not replenished, and the staff did not take the initiative to resolve the ongoing odour issue. The swimming pool was so heavily chlorinated that it discoloured our swimwear, which was highly unexpected and disappointing. Additionally, the check-in process felt unprofessional. As we arrived, a staff member immediately ran towards us in the car park with a card machine to take a deposit. This could have been handled more smoothly, ideally post check-in, to create a more welcoming first impression. We were also advised that breakfast supplies would be provided, but these consisted only of a small bowl of fruit and some rusks—far from what we had expected based on the description. After our stay, we reached out to Blue Views Villas privately to share our concerns, as we wanted to give them the opportunity to address the situation before leaving a public review. We also requested a partial refund for one night, given that two guests were unable to stay in their allocated room. We were assured that our feedback would be reviewed, but despite following up, we have heard nothing in three months. Overall, our stay did not meet expectations, and for the price point, we would strongly recommend looking at alternative accommodations in the area.
