Bayview Guesthouse is located in quiet neighborhood convenient for Table Mountain and hiking Lion's Peak. Our room was spacious and had wonderful view of Table Mountain and private balcony. The property has a smaller shared pool too. We really enjoyed the breakfast which has both continental and hot breakfast items freshly made for you. Chris is a wonderful host and did her outmost to make us feel welcome.

Absolutely amazing place with a lot of details. Great breakfast with good products. Cosy and super clean rooms. Stunning view. All in all fantastic stay in Cape Town. Good recommendation for restaurants and activities. Super quite. Lovely host.

A very modern and rather sterile but functional guesthouse. The bedroom is functional and not one in which to relax - no easy chair. The light for reading in bed is poor. The only mirror in the room is placed over the make-up area but when sitting down, the mirror is far too high to be of any use. The bed is excellent - firm with excellent bedding. The bathroom has a rain shower (no bath) but lacks a hand shower. Hot water was rather limited. The breakfast was excellent with fruit, cereal, cooked course, bread, juice etc. Overall, this is a functional and very clean place to stay. The swimming pool is more of a plunge pool than a swimming pool.

We had a great time here! The property is so neat and clean. It's well designed, modern and full of great amenities like a pool, breakfast and an honor bar. The host, Christine, is very friendly and accommodating. I would definitely stay here again.

Die Zimmer sind sehr modern und lassen keine Wünsche übrig. Das Frühstück ist ausserordentlich sowohl bezüglich Auswahl als auch bezüglich Qualität. Die Lage des Bayview ist ideal. Wir haben uns jederzeit sicher gefühlt und Christine als Gastgeberin hat uns wertvolle Tipps gegeben. Der Transport mit Uber war günstig und schnell. Den Aufenthalt im Bayview können wir zu 100 % weiter empfehlen.

My stay at the Bayview Guesthouse was wonderful. I chose the location because of the view from the bedroom of Table Mountain and it did not disappoint. Christine was a wonderful host and the breakfast each morning is all that you could ever want. I wish I could wake up to that every morning! Loved having the honor bar available and the water and coffee maker in the room was a great touch. I was traveling solo and I felt extremely safe and secure. Whenever I come back to Cape Town I will definitely stay here again!
