Neighbourgood Hill

I had an incredible stay at Neighbourgood Hill! The interior design is stunning – a perfect blend of modern and classic elements that creates a warm, inviting atmosphere. The French doors leading to the breathtaking garden are truly the highlight. The staff were friendly, helpful, and considerate, ensuring my comfort throughout my stay. They promptly addressed my noise concern and even warmed up my room on a chilly, rainy day. I'm grateful for the exceptional service and will definitely return. I highly recommend Neighbourgood Hill to friends and family. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Lovely modern rooms. Excellent neighborhood and lovely staff. I would definitely go back , close to the the DHL stadium.

We had a very bad stay here and I do not recommend staying here, room was so different from the photos online. Our room was in the backyard which was quite difficult to reach with all our luggage- lots of stairs on the way, and no staff onsite whatsoever to help out. We checked in at 6:30 pm. We have seen no staff at all during our entire stay. The room has a tiny window but has no direct daylight, we felt trapped in some type of basement room. The walls are paperthin so you can hear the every move of the people in the room next door and above. This was terrible, especially from the floor above and people coming in and slamming the door. The room was not cleaned properly, especially the floors. There is no showerdoor, so the bathroom gets soaking wet when taking a shower. All in all very disappointing and will not come back.

Thank you for a wonderful stay. We visited Cape Town for Two Oceans Marathon and had a super time. The rooms are small but clean and location is great, the staff were friendly, and we loved our short trip!

Would definitely recommend this place. Great food & people, nice garden, top location & great value for money.

I honestly would not recommend and stay again. My first room did not have a desk barn though online it is shown that the rooms provide a desk. Then I spoke to them and told them that I would need to work here as well and need a desk. As a response I got that I could simply work outside in the sun?? Sorry but the battery of my laptop would not make a single call in the sun. Regardless, I complained and asked for a desk so in the end they offered me a new room which had not even a window!!?? Sorry but this is unacceptable for this price and absolutely crazy that this is even offer this in my opinion. Nevertheless, you are signing in the beginning that you have to lock all your things (to be sure they cannot be held responsible in the end if something is missing) but then no room is providing any safe? In addition, it is very loud - regardless of where you go or in the rooms. Furthermore, you cannot really work there as you don’t find a spot for meetings (most of the guest are doing them next to the pool but if you actually need to work this is not the place to do so I guess.
