"I randomly chose this shop on the Great Ocean Road in the evening. I didn't expect to enter the koala territory and find koalas 100%. It's half an hour from Apollo Bay and is right in the middle of the Great Ocean Road. According to a Chinese here, after midnight, it is the peak period for animals to be active. Foxes and koalas start to come out and are not afraid of people. We didn't come out at night and missed the colorful stars in the sky and the obvious Milky Way.
We booked late, so it was a bunk bed. A family of three contracted eight beds. The bathroom is public and needs to be walked over to use it. There are plenty of tools in the kitchen, so you can make your own room and heat it, which is very convenient.
The next day we found many koalas"

"The living environment is quite good. The owner of the manor planted a lot of fruits and enthusiastically let them pick and eat them. It was a great experience! When I woke up in the morning, there were hares and various birds in the yard. Nearby was a beach where local residents often played, and wild kangaroos could be seen on the roadside. However, if you bring children, you will be asked to pay an extra 100 Australian dollars."

The property has 13 acres of natural rainforest and is home to many local birds and creatures, such as glowworms, which can be seen at night. The property is located 15 mins drive from Johanna Beach and 40 mins from the famous 12 apostles. You can walk to the small town of Lavers Hill and enjoy a meal out in one of the local eateries. The cottage boasts a wood fire, spa, bbq, well equipped kitchen, and tv/dvd player. Linen is provided along with tea and coffee. "The room is very big, with a large bed in the outer room and two single beds in the inner room. There is a small kitchen, microwave, toaster, refrigerator, many tableware and a dining table. The bedding is very clean, the car is parked at the door, and it is very convenient to take the luggage. I like this kind of motel very much."

"I live with two families of relatives in a total of four bedrooms, which can accommodate 8 people. There are two kitchens upstairs and downstairs. There is a partition on the first floor, which can be opened to form a complete set. It is nice to drive to the nearby supermarket to shop and cook some simple food by yourself. The hygiene is very clean and there are laundry facilities. It is very suitable for traveling with a large group of people."

"As a motel, here is typical and standard. The store is very professional and answers questions quickly. The downside of the hotel is the price, as a motel, more than RMB 1,000, it is really worth it. So the disadvantage is that the price is not high."

"This was one of the best yha we have stayed at. The room was bare but that is to be expected. The amenities, by contrast, were excellent: Two well appointed kichens with nice pans and plenty of space; A roof area and multiple living room areas; an herb garden and plenty of recycling areas; and the games and TV area looked brand new and not old and worn out . The kids enjoyed it and so did we. Highly recommended."

"The house is about 2-3 minutes' drive from the center of Apollo Bay town, and it is not far to walk there. The environment is very quiet. There are three rooms on the first floor of the house as a homestay. The landlord's family lives on the second floor. The landlord is very nice👍 and takes the initiative to introduce restaurants in the town and nearby attractions. The public living room and dining room are relatively large and tastefully decorated. The kitchen prepares coffee, milk, bread, cereal, fruit and other foods for guests to eat for breakfast. The bedroom has a bathroom, with a cold and warm air conditioner, an electric blanket, and a warm light in the bathroom. It is comfortable and warm to stay👍"

"Stayed for one night and had a great experience. Great location, close to the beach and apollo beach! Room was clean and had amnesties. A microwave would be nice to have though. I recommend this if you want to stay in apollo bay and while on great ocean road trip."
